Been coming here for years now, way before new owners took over. I've seen many faces come and go, but place remains the same with great food and best of all great customer service always on point.
Every time I order my food it is always made fresh, flavorful and yes hot! Not like other fast burger joints, where you get soggy cold food, soggy fries and soggy burgers yuck! Who wants that.
They're always on point here when it comes to getting freshly made food, my go to though hands down the club sandwich, they don't skimp out on anything here, where other places would put one little thin slice of ham turkey, not here, here they pack that sandwich with meats, worth your buck.
As for customer service, drive through lady Dafne and the other young girl with all the tattoos, I think her name is also Dafne both of them are so professional and polite, they both have that welcoming attitudes, they also put in work. I always see both of them cleaning, always moving around best of all very polite and friendly, they are one of the main reasons we keep coming back here.
I usually come here during the week, morning time and crew here is pretty much on it. I've been here weekends as well, but morning crew during the week they're definitely on it! As for the place itself, the lobby is pretty clean as well as the tables and no sticky floors so that's a plus.
Overall if you're looking for a good burger joint, that has yummy freshly made food especially their burgers, sandwiches and awesome friendly customer service this is the spot! LEGIT!

The food was delicious. The only thing that sucked was the little girl with all the face piercings they have working the cash register had no clue about the menu. So she was very useless. They need to give her more training or replace her with someone helpful. And knowledgeable about the menu. Other than that, it was clean and cozy atmosphere.

First time eating there got the 45 dollar family pack ended up getting food poisoning waking up 2 hours before work throwing up and using the restroom for a whole hour never gonna eat at covina burgers again

I ordered a 20 dollar stake burrito and she thought I said Bacon. She started yelling at me saying I said Bacon. I told her I would never say bacon because I'm allergic to it. Then she charged me another eight dollars to remake it. I paid extra for extra cheese and sour cream and when I got it, it barely had any cheese and no sour cream. They’re very rude.
