I asked the order taker for a fork at least THREE (3) times, only to not receive a fork with my order. Because of the number of requests for a fork, upon NOT receiving a fork with my order, I turned away my delivery. After calling the store back, I was not even given an apology. Hopefully they refund my credit card charge. I order thousands of dollars of Domino's pizza a year, and will no longer be ordering (From any store).
