Our first time at Dutch Bros. We’ve heard it’s great but hadn’t had a chance to try it until today. We went to the Covina CA store.
I have to say it’s pretty good. The atmosphere was ok as we’re accustomed to sitting areas so the traffic noise and not so clean outside its why I gave 3 stars. The coffee was good though. I got The Golden Eagle hot, and my wife and iced gingerbread coffee. Both good but a bit overly sweet and not a lot of coffee taste.
We were treated well by the young lady at the register and since it was our first time, she treated us a free drink. She took the time to explain what holiday drinks they featured and did not rush one but. Very attentive and professional.
It’s nice to see how the staff here interacted with the customers and made us feel welcomed. I appreciate that because these days, you don’t see that too often. Overall we enjoyed it and will be back to Dutch Bros. 🤗
