Ordered a salad on the app with the $4 off offer, and food was ready when I arrived. However, I decided to get a drink and wanted to use my reward for āfree large drinkā in store but couldnāt do it b/c I had previously redeemed the $4 off coupon for this order. I genuinely did not know you cannot use āofferā more than once a day. The older gentleman at the counter made an insulting remarks and said āyeah only once a day, what do you think? You can redeem all day?ā Then he just turned around and started preparing food again.
That was very disrespectful! All he had to was confirmed that offer can be redeemed once a day!

Look if you donāt want to work there then donāt! Just quit. Worst service ever, walk in ask for the order pickup up dude ignored me had his back to me , then said hello, then didnāt even greet or say yes or anything!
Half my order was wrong, chips were stale and staff was not attentive at all. Specifically asked for no guac and they did not listen, sounded in a hurry to get us out. Most likely will not be returning.
