Went here last night to grab something to eat and the girl at the drive thru was super helpful and sweet. I didn't know what to get and she offered me those crunchy tacos and they were bomb! I hope you guys keep those in your menu.

This is the last time I buy anything from this establishment. ...this is not the first time ..I purchased a double chicken bowl $14 by itself ..and I got a handful of chicken or I should say remnants It looks like they cleaned the chopping block ..this supposed to be a double chicken bowl ..I'm done w epl

definitely way better than the other El pollo locos around the area. I live by new El pollo loco here in azusa but I drive all the way to this store to get my dinner.

I have no problem with the food at this location. However, the employees are kind of rude at times for example, tonight I roll up at 10:58 and some seconds and sat there for a couple of minutes waiting to have my order taken (close at 11 :00pm) as they one by one handed the two cars in front of me their orders. They ignored me so I drove up to the window and they stood there in the back, looking at me through the cracks of the shelving being very careful not to make eye contact while I was looking their way.. I figured why don't they just tell me "we are not going to serve you " instead of treat me like invisible. As I waited, hopefully get an order in I noticed the girl employee had it scared look on her face (Or maybe it's the "get the f*!k out of here "face ) so without saying the word, I just left. Sad service!

Sandra gave the best customer service from any El Pollo Loco I have been to. Food came out perfectly and quickly! The restaurant and restroom is clean! There is 1 unisex restroom outside and you do need to ask for a token to enter. I ordered the 2 piece leg and thigh chicken meal and that comes with 2 sides for $9.99 the broccoli was perfect level of crunchy, mashed potatoes and gravy came out piping hot and very delicious. The chicken was perfect as well. I love how everything came out hot and delicious! I also ordered sides of avocado which was completely worth it even though it was 3 gorgeously green slices for $1.49 I couldn't help myself. I have the El Pollo Loco app so the Sandra helped me redeem it. When I was ordering she was so helpful and it almost felt like I was getting the best service at a fancy restaurant. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. Food was so perfect like the service from Sandra and another gentleman who was wearing a black polo was wonderful and greeted me right away when I entered. Thank you so much I bookmarked this El Pollo Loco under my bookmarks "I love these places". I will definitely come back and recommend anyone who wants quality food and service!
