This Pollo Loco was here for like 30+ years and now they want to take it down. That sucks. I wish they could open something else at the new Pollo Loco being built so they can keep this one open.

Went through the drive thru for a late lunch. Ordered the double chicken street corn salad which was good. However, they forgot my dressing so had to use the salsa they gave me. Still tasted good but really wanted that cilantro dressing but was already home when I noticed it.

Try their new Birria tacos. The meat was over cooked. The wasn't dipped in the consummate before grilling. Not really a Birria taco as we know it.

The lady taking my order tried to upsell me adding drinks to my order that I didn't ask for and I told her than added an additional chicken soup after I told her how I wanted my order clearly...

This is the second time I’ve came here with a special request for no beans due to a sensitivity and I always find my food covered. I tried to give it another shot but after today I will not be returning. Food is delicious, I just feel like they don’t take the time to truly take care of their customers.
Service here is terrible!!!! Waited in the front of the line and girl on the counter ignoring me. When I ask her can I place a order she give me attitude!

Everybody on staff will greet you even the cooks. A young gentleman there asked to throw away some of the scrappings as it filled my table. I didn’t get his name. The staff there are very helpful and not shy of asking their customers if there be any thing else they can help with. I’m very happy to see the young generation being helpful, friendly and kind. I love to see more of this in everybody and everythang for the future!!! Good job! God bless everyone
