Left a bad review, thought I was being harsh and deleted it right away. Chose this location on accident and just as bad as last time. 1st time came at 9:25 to get my to go order and doors were locked I had to wait 20 mins in drive through to get my food. This time sub par service again and the burrito was super small. I had to remind the guy at the counter of the drink. When I got back to my destination I found there's no utensils, no dressing, no salsas, no napkins, no chips that came with the meal. Choose the next pollo loco on Badillo if you can. Avoid this location.

When they charge you for extra cilantro salad dressing they could at least put it in the bag. They gave fast food employees a big raise but they still can't seem to get my order correct. $21.00 for a meal is too much to screw it up. Very disappointing.
Food is always warm & staff is the nicest here. I really enjoy dining there specially when an employee named yarely is working. She is so sweet & always has a smile on her face. Her customer service is always on point. Cant complain about the rest of the staff either, everyone is really nice but she really takes the time to be kind.

I went for lunch on Saturday morning with my friends, we grabbed the 12 pies that were on special. The chicken was very delicious, we grabbed rice and beans with dad that was also good. We really liked the green sauce, it has a lot of flavor. The service It was very good Restaurant very clean

This place is GREAT !! the employees are really sweet && they aren't stingy with their salsas like all the other pollo locos. While I was there the place with clean , there was someone constantly come out to wipe tables. And they greet you when you arrive. Will be coming back.
