Food is always warm & staff is the nicest here. I really enjoy dining there specially when an employee named yarely is working. She is so sweet & always has a smile on her face. Her customer service is always on point. Cant complain about the rest of the staff either, everyone is really nice but she really takes the time to be kind.

I went for lunch on Saturday morning with my friends, we grabbed the 12 pies that were on special. The chicken was very delicious, we grabbed rice and beans with dad that was also good. We really liked the green sauce, it has a lot of flavor. The service It was very good Restaurant very clean

This place is GREAT !! the employees are really sweet && they aren't stingy with their salsas like all the other pollo locos. While I was there the place with clean , there was someone constantly come out to wipe tables. And they greet you when you arrive. Will be coming back.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming definitely the best pollo loco in the area 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀 My favorite order is the 2pc combo as it fills you up for a good price. Definitely recommend this location if you haven’t tried pollo loco before!!!!!!!!!
I got chicken nachos! They where loaded with salt!! The chips tasted old from 2 days ago!! The nachos alone looked gross!! Then on top of it, they gave me no receipt !!
