The origins of what they sell is NOT Armenian. The Armenians lived in various countries in the middle east and they learned how to make the foods and pastries of these countries. For example Lahmajeen has no meaning in Armenian. It does not mean anything and it's just a name. However in the Middle East Lahm means "Meat" and Ajeen means "Dough". Give credit where it's deserved it's middle eastern food not Armenian. By the way it's real name...
This is a great Armenian bakery. The lady operating the store is a very nice Armenian woman. She makes great zatar bread. Please try her bakery. I recommend the lahmajun. You'll probably get a good amount of bread and other snacking pastries for under $10.
The best Lahmi bajeen (meat pies) I've ever had in California. Also the other items are authentic and delicious. The service is outstanding and quick. Strongly recommend this place.
