I understand this ihop is a busy place but our sever rarely came by. I had to get up twice to find someone to grab what I needed. Half the time other servers were serving us. Not what to expect.
I was supposed to give lesser rating because our food was served a little longer than usual but because of JOSE, our server, I gave 5 star rating. He is very kind, attentive and fast. He also suggested the best option that we should select according to our preferences. The foods are still the same amazing tastes among the breakfast restaurants that we had eaten. It’s just that our couch’s backrest was moving when another customer sat behind. Hope it will be fixed for stability.
No matter how many times to come here, it's IHOP you're going to have good pancakes and stuff, but the STAFF HERE IS OKAY, and it's not just one or two people. Every time I come every staff member LACKS, they act like they're overworked but there's never more than 10 people in here
