I was really disappointed with my recent visit to the IKEA restaurant. The posted closing time is 7:30 PM, but at 7:27 staff were already stopping people from entering. Their excuse was that there was a “rush of customers,” which doesn’t make sense when the restaurant should still be open. This completely ruined the shopping experience for me. I’ve always had a good impression of IKEA, but this made me feel unwelcome and rushed.

I went shopping here before for my bedroom set. And honestly there is not enough worker to help with questions or answers. I didn’t know anything about buying bed and what was there they offered until I looked it up online they showed me what I can put on my bed. So this store and all the ikea stores lacks customer service.

oh my gosh, I love this place!
Can we talk about this view from the IKEA restaurant? It’s like dining with a postcard in the background! I always grab a plate of their delicious meatballs—comfort food at its finest—then soak in the peaceful valley scene like I’m on a mini getaway. Thanks ikea for the complimentary kids meal with a regular adult meal purchase. It makes me love you even more!
It's IKEA. What did you expect..pinky's
Don't overthink
After walking through a good amount of the iKea store, it’s nice to give yourself a reward at their restaurant!
I went on the weekend around 1:00 pm. There was a brief wait to order and pay. While there are many seats, majority of them were taken at this time. However, I was able to grab one after looking around a bit.
Of course I got the classic Swedish meatball (16 pc). The meatball is always solid and the highlight of the dish. Close second is the mash potatoes, then the peas. I’m not the biggest fan of the jam, but some people might if they like a bit of sweetness.
They accept American Express here!
Today June 12 2025 at 2:45 p.m. we, family of 3 order 3 plates at the restaurant, the server a Chinese man, was very rude, u polite y and unkindness. Above that was very very stingy to serve.
With that attitude , when he be there, I am not going to eat there.
We feel very bad and very sorry, because we love Ikea 😭😟
The food is good and super affordable both for breakfast or lunch. They also have a really nice eating area and you can sit by the windows to have a nice little view of the city.

Food was good; but they closed the exit from the restaurant and it took us an extra 15 minutes to walk through the store to escape. Gave me a headache.
We just went for a quick easy breakfast and got slapped with being forced to walk around with small children.
Reopen that exit. Some people are not down to walk around the store and just want a nice easy exit route. Fix the problem.

Always worth making the pitstop at IKEA restaurant for some meatballs and chocolate.
The breakfast is super affordable and delicious as always. Parking is easy and right next to the food court.

The combination of meat hot dog and vegetarian hot dog, with a drink, is less than $5, which is pretty good!
