If you've seen one In 'n' Out, you've seen 'em all. Same menu, quality, you name it down to the signature x-ed palm trees.
On the other hand, this location sets itself apart through its phenomenal level of service. I lived in Japan for 15+ years and I know service, but this location is unique. Every interaction between an employee and a customer was imbued with sincere friendliness and courtesy. The restaurant is also spotless.
It may sound hyperbolic, but I truly cannot commend the staff and management at this In 'n' Out enough for their commitment to customer service. Kudos.

Came for a shake and the girl asked if we would like fries as well, I agreed but didn’t think we’d get pieces of burnt “Fries” ! ! why ask the customer if we want fries when your not gonna give them fresh fries, weirdos forsure !

Definitely my favorite In-N-Out in the greater Socal area. Drive-thru AND inside lines move fast, great service, and clean, clean, clean! Burger presentation is beautiful here, including protein style, etc.
