I ordered the Regina pizza for my pizza-fan boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. I almost missed the truck because it was parked on an empty road. We’re sad that it is only open on Saturday & Sunday but we’ll schedule it in for more pizza dinners.

I have been to Italy and tried the pizza over there. You do not have to go there to try it just order from this place unbelievable so delicious. I have found my pizza place

Pizza was made quickly and the flavors were delicious! The staff were friendly and made the experience easy. We got the Margherita and Carnivora. Both were completely different but left me wanting to try the rest of the menu. I’ll definitely be back!

I hate leaving negative reviews when trying new places for the first time. I've seen the food truck here every now and then and today I saw it again after a while and decided to stop and try it out. I ordered a calzone no salami add bacon. Looked great and had to spit it out as soon as I took a bite. The bacon was completely 100% raw. So I essentially paid almost 30 dollars including a tip for inedible food. I am extremely disappointed.
The response by the owner telling me it's my fault is insane and everyone seeing that should see how poorly ran this truck is. You will not find a pizza place that puts raw bacon on a pizza or calzone before it goes in the over. They all pre cook the bacon before. Your laziness is not my fault. Wish google added replys and the ability to give 0 stars.

Veramente la pizza piú deliziosa in California- era come andare in Italia per la cena! Complimenti a Italia Pizza e Pasta!! This is just like stepping off of an airplane and landing at a Pizzeria in Italy! The crust, sauce,pesto, ricotta all of the ingredients were top notch. As true Italians know, you eat your pizza with a fork and knife…this was absolutely divine! The tiramisu was excellent too! My sister told me about this food truck and has been telling me where it’s going to be and when! We lucked out tonight, as my husband stopped there on his way home. Grazie mille per le Pizze perfecte!!Mi picerebbe mangiare con voi ogni notte!!😋

Absolutely delicious. My dad brought this home after work, there was a language barrier so the order got a little messed up but he says they were very nice and even gave us free tiramisu for the trouble! The pesto on the Regina pizza is especially good, and the ricotta. The whole family loved it! If I win the lottery I'll buy this for every meal

Very friendly staff; first time i didn't have to order extra basil on my margherita pizza. Pizza dough was absolutely amazing, light and airy. Lasagna was also really good! Theyd really pop off as a restuarant

The were nice people but the pizza was terrible. Sauce tasted like it was from a can and the crust was tortilla like texture. Save the calories.

Found this random food truck driving home … looked like a genuine Italian family making these pizzas . They were very nice ! There were people in line before us and after too so it seems pretty popular!! They made the pizza really quickly - made to order ! We ordered the pesto and the margerita pizza . It was a good portion . Fresh and looked pretty ! The flavors were good - it was a nice simple pizza
