Found this random food truck driving home … looked like a genuine Italian family making these pizzas . They were very nice ! There were people in line before us and after too so it seems pretty popular!! They made the pizza really quickly - made to order ! We ordered the pesto and the margerita pizza . It was a good portion . Fresh and looked pretty ! The flavors were good - it was a nice simple pizza

Guys and gals, no need to go any further! This is the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. I'm not just saying that, because there are other pizza joints that have their own reasons why they are special.Italia pasta pizza put it in the bag every time. Make sure you eat it super hot, or take it home and air fry for 250 to 275 for a few mins to warm it up again. Enjoy!

Best pizza ever. The first time I tried it was back before they had a food truck but I still haven't come across other pizza places with the level of perfection Italia Pasta e Pizza delivers with their beautifully cooked crust and wonderfully curated sets of cheese, sauces, and toppings.

The food is amazing and authentic! Italian hubby likes it a lot , we drive from Huntington Beach and it’s totally worth it. Service is great and owners are always in a good mood. You have to give it a try if you want to taste some real Italian flavors.

My favorite pizza vendor! Coming from Italy you know you’re getting authentic made food no matter if it’s one of their delicious handmade pizza or other entrees..even desserts. The only thing better than the food is the service! Such a nice family, very grateful for every order that comes in. Can’t wait to keep going back. If this is your first i highly recommend the Regina with fresh mozzarella.

Been wanting to try this spot for a while. Very authentic pizza, you can tell they use high quality ingredients! Feels and tastes like Neapolitan style, very nice people who run the truck. Customer service is great, will be coming back to try other pizzas!

First time trying it because we are not from here. It is so great. Everything about it from the service to the food is great.I had a thicker crust pizza and my hubs had a thin crust, we were so happy with all of it. The place is cute and you can dine there or take home. Have fun.
Pizza was tasteless. Crust was worse. All I tasted was burnt pieces throughout. And the woman working there was so rude. She refused to give me a side of pesto or sauce to jazz up their overpriced pizza. Save your money.To the owners comment- I don't eat dominos. I'm from NY so I know good pizza. I'm sure they are not serving burnt pizza like that in Italy. And it wasn't that pesto or sauce wasn't offered. The rude woman working the truck tonight refused to give me when I asked. You and ur workers need a lesson in customer service

I love pizza! I like to compartmentalize my pizzas. NY style, Chicago, Detroit, regular American pizzas(I don't know how to classify these and the iconic classic Neapolitan! This is legit probably the best Neapolitan I've had. Dough is light and crust is bubbly, sauce is perfect with the sweetness and acidic flavor of the tomatoes. I tried the Classic Margherita, and a Salami. You can read about how they got started on their social media. I'm glad I gave it a shot, if you love pizza then you should too!

Keep an eye out for this amazing pizza truck! This truck deserves the crown for one of the freshest and authentic Italian Pizzas in Southern California. Located on Arrow Hwy, there is plenty of surrounding street parking. I believe this truck is family-owned, and the service is amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Some amazing qualities about this place. The pizza truck has a fire oven inside. WHAT?!? And you are able to see the pizzaiolo preparing your pizza. The ambiance is a little bit nosy, considering we are next to busy traffic. But, it is an amazing spot to chill with your friends, plus, there are 2 tables to sit at. Keep in mind, that if you are going towards the evening, bring a sweater or jacket. It does get a little windy and cold, during the fall months. I got the Salsiccia Pizza, and my friends got the Calzone and Margherita. I HIGHLY recommend eating the pizza right when you get it. Sit down in your car or at a nearby table, and try a piece first. You will gobble it up so quick. The quality and freshness of these pizzas are to die for. The dough is SUPER SOFT and chewy. The ingredients are superb. The cheese is delightful. I cannot find anything wrong with this pizza. Typically, I would think some pizzas are burnt on the bottom, but they bake it perfectly. The cost of their pizzas range from $17-$22, which is worth every penny. Don't walk, RUN, to try out this pizza truck!
