The shift supervisor on 01/07/2024, at 6:30 refused to provide me with my order, and she missed items in my mobile order. After paying on the app she asked if I was able to pay again in person even while providing my receipt. Talk about incompetent.

I will think twice before coming into this restaurant, the staff is unfriendly, and if you ask them for any type of sauce or napkins, they forget to give it to you. I had to go back and ask them, and they were not polite about it. Specially, the manager, or whoever was in the drive-through by the name of Giselle. See your order before leaving!!

Usually this location is a solid 5/5 and the foods usually my go to favorite. As of late though I've had a few drinks taste like the saline drink machine detergent. Usually this spots a go to for me and food and service is excellent but that drink machine cleaner is nasty please flush it with water before filling.
