Well, it's Jack in the box. It's not fine dining by any means, but it'll get the job done when it's late or really early in the morning. I live in between 2 Jack in the boxes, and I actually forgot about this one. I can't speak on the cleanliness of the restaurant because I went through the drive-through. The food was made to order, which I believe most of the Jack's are now. They were pretty quick. I asked for some extra sauce and they gave me more than enough. I had some for the junk drawer. The outside of the place looked like any other. Nothing to brag or complain about. If I had to give them a grade, they get an A. They got the job done.

Did the opposite of what I asked for in my order and forgot an item. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE RIGHT!! UPDATE I DID WHAT THey said and nothing happened no response no anything from them

Worker ignored service after 7 Christmas song she finialy spoke telling the grandfather and granddaughter to use the kaios 5 min latter the Mann asked make it simple, now my turn then she over charged me as I waited 5 more min for coffee.

Counter cashier was not good service about using restroom. We politely asked her, but rude to the customer and selfish. But we bought tacos. Unfortunately, she's been very unapproachable with customers. Hope she should treat customers fairly and with good public relations regarding not good service in treating customers. Employees like this should not be hired.
First time here afternoon Memorial day 2024 . The ladies working were really nice and great customer service. Sour Dough Jack was ?Definitely will come back
