Staff member named rosaria or rosario (sum like that) was extremely rude to my mother&I today in the drive thru, she was clearly rushing our order, actually YELLED into the mic, and when we actually got up to the window she was AGAIN rushing us, constantly sighing loudly & rolling her eyes at us and even walked away from the window when we couldn't get the apple pay “fast enough” for her. ive never made a complaint on any restaurant or fast food before bc I work in fast food myself so i completely understand the stress and frustration that comes with the job especially during a rush, however i would never act this way towards a costumer she was completely out of line and down right disrespectful. really disappointed.

I dont know if the guy with glasses who works overnights at the window, hates his job, but i work overnight too, and he always serves my grilled jack wrap cold. i came here friday 2:30am, and theres a lady at the window and she makes my wrap hot. which makes me think thats the right way to make it. Also she’s a hard worker, no attitude, no problems. She has a great attitude and always greeting me with a smile.

Employee handed me a soda that was clearly not closed properly and when I reached to grab it exploded in my car the employee didn’t apologize or even knowledge it. I understand mistakes happen but to not complete a small task such as closing a lid on a soda cup or not even apologize is unacceptable and unforgivable. Very upset with the customer service and lack of attention to detail

⭐ I've been a patron here since 2011, and I have never had to complain about the service or food. Extra sauces, and even requesting something like hot water won't cost you a cent. Thank You, Chris for your excellent Customer Service, and for training your staff to be the same ?.

We went to the Jack in the Box located on 535 S. Citrus Ave. By the CVS @ 9:40PM to eat after a trip to the Fairplex. Was not greeted at all. An employee saw us pull up and park our car and decided to come lock the door on us before we could walk in, and he walked away. I went to go see the hours that clearly say they close at 10 o'clock. I'm with my elderly parents and it's already late for them. He sees me take out my phone to record my time and decided to come and confront me and asked me "What's the m matter Honey?". (Not appreciated or professional) he said they were closed already. I told him the time says 10 o'clock and he refused to let us in. Long story short. We will not return. Thanks to this clown.

Drive thru order the they forgot my egg roll for my teriyaki bowl with my order then when I went to dispute the issue they proceeded to hide behind red tape and demanded that I give a receipt when I was not given one. Always check your order, the idiots there won't make your order right.

Horrible Customer Service, ordered a vanilla sweet cream iced coffee and when they handed me the drink I automatically knew they had gave me the wrong drink. Just from looking at the color and I tasted it hoping I was wrong. Nope did not taste or look like the vanilla sweet cream iced coffee. I told the employees that they have gave me the wrong drink and they responded very rudely and said "yeah that's the regular iced coffee" and I told them "yeah, I asked for the vanilla sweet cream" and they said "oh yeah that's the one" when on the receipt it clearly said regular iced coffee when I had asked for a vanilla sweet cream. They just were to lazy to remake my drink and get what I asked for originally. I just wanted some coffee before starting my day. Now I am stuck with some bitter coffee that I didn't ask for.
