Great food, needs to get Powerade on the app, only thing that keeps me from putting 5 stars since i get Powerade with pretty much every meal i get here

Came inside and no one said anything was standing there for 2 min finally one guy did let me know about the kiosk this is why they are getting the one star seems he is the only one doing his job All those girls working in there standing around talking. The woman at the window literally seen me come in no good customer service no response no acknowledgement I don't think I'll come back here These fast food chains need to do something about the people they hire and I don't want to say anything but of everyone in a jack n the box (not Mexican food) is speaking Spanish it is a problem already

I mean, the dodgers have been getting seven strikeouts almost per game so the jumbo Jack's have become a part of my diet, sometimes three times in one day.... I mean for $3.79? You get a lrg soda and a free jumbo jack it's a no-brainer!!! Lucky for me, there are at least four jib less than five minutes away in every direction!!

Don't use your gift cards here. The employees take the info and use it elsewhere. Had $33 on one and next time I tried it i had $3 left. Wouldn't trust them woth your credit cards either. Pay only in cash or don't go to this location.
Although they were out of buttermilk which should be a crime they hooked it up with regular ranch to kinda soften the horrible news, most locations don’t care about customer service I’m glad to see this one does

if you’re craving jack in the box, don’t go to this one. Asked for reg fries got curly, asked for no mustard they dmn near emptied the mustard bottle on my burger..
