Soo delicious, stopped by this location coming down from Big Bear. Had been craving it all weekend, and it didn't disappoint. Everything was delicious, from the Pollo, to the frijoles, arroz, and ensalada de papa.. my mouth is watering writing this review, super sad I don't have a Juan pollo closer to Compton.
We are now going to try a different location. Some of the people that work there are so rude and just bad attitude so young but already bitter. Jeeze we are just ordering food sorry that you have to do your job. One time we went in and ordered 4 2 taco combos and the girl said all nasty you need to call a head next time that's a big order? A customer comes in and orders right after us and has to pull out her phone to read through a huge order, she was laughing and being nice with customer no need to call a head? Just us for 4 2 taco combos. We had to ask for our drinks cause she didn't even pour them. This time the girl came from the back calls are number says here's your order drops the bag and leaves. The lady she handed her order right before us she said here's your order can I get you something else etc etc. We are never rude to people . There are some workers there who are extremely nice. We also bring our son who has autism so maybe they don't like that idk there just bitter. If you don't like your job go find another one. Lol

I don't think it's a good day for me to go. I think they should put on the signs what day the specials are because every time I order one it's not the right day. I bought the extra large salad and they gave me the container that says large because Depending on the salad, it is measured differently, I asked them for an extra container to separate and they told me they couldn't sell it either. I hope one day I can go without any problems

I never try Juan Pollo before. So I was thinking it's good. I bought two whole chicken. Brought it home. Chicken was to to dry, and no flavor. For two chicken it was $30. Week later I go to Smart and Final buy there chicken it was so juicy and lot's of favor through out the chicken meet. Do not go to Juan Pollo

Was excited to try Juan Pollo again since we moved out of CA. Was so disappointed, the chicken was burnt and dry. Why do they even serve this batch?? The salad and salsa was good as usual. The cashier was pleasant. I was so tempted to go back and ask to replace it but it's hot outside.

As soon as you walk in they make you feel unwelcome.itll be nice if they answer the phone also, they all look miserable working there. A little kindness and smile will go a long way.
They raised their price and give a smaller chicken. Last time I ea t here.

I love Juan Pollo especially their potato salad and rice and of course the moist fresh chicken. Their salsas are really tasty and fresh. Didn’t forget to buy some of their mini pecan pies as well.
I go to get an order for my wife. Says estimated time was 7PM. Cool, I get there at 7:03PM. Takes me about 5 minutes for someone to finally greet me. I tell them I have an online order. They tell me online is behind and it'll be like 20-40minutes... Real? I guess I'll wait we already paid for it. About 7 new customers (walk-ins) order there food and get it and about 5 people that were walk-ins before I got there, get there food before me. No other people there now mine should be coming out soon right? It's a 1 person meal. Nope, they ask me what I'm waiting for. Apparently, they never started my order. Waste of my time. I couldve been a walk-in and got my food faster. 7:46 I got the food. Food is awesome, potato salad is the best. Service and atmosphere cripples them. Only reason it's not a 1 is flavor.
