I don't know if it's me but the juan polo uncle Vida Boulevard in Covina has really changed the chicken wasn't as good as it usually is and the potato salad was definitely not as good as it used to be little disappointed but I learned a lesson and I will not be going back there again for anything just giving you guys a heads up the chicken wasn't that good it was dry didn't have much flavor in the potato salad was way off probably the only good thing of the whole meal was the beans really disappointed because I was looking forward to a good meal There but not anymore

The chicken is full of flavor!!!! I always get the meal with rice and potato salad. Meals are priced correctly. Juan Pollo beats Pollo Loco! Seriously, this place has GOOD food!

If I could give a 0 for service I would !!! Every time I come I. Here they make my husband or I feel like I’m stealing food the girl at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional . Food is ok but the attitudes are ridiculous hopefully they learn good customer service ! I ordered from the website and even when my husband was giving her my name she didn’t believe him even with the order number . Obviously my name is on the order and she still said there’s no way she would know ….

Don't bother with their tacos, they're soggy beyond belief. What's even the point of serving this sloppy goop? Even the hardshell tacos were no match for all the water at the bottom of the trays.

It was terrible! The service is bad, the woman who took my order treated me badly and it looked like she didn’t even know what she was doing. I ordered a mini pak to eat there and they got my order wrong and made it to go. The green salad looked like they don’t even wash the vegetables and the beans tasted like they were straight from a can. I would not go there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone. Extremely terrible!! The food wasn’t good and the service is awful!!
Falsely advertised. Ordered for delivery for the construction team. Very small portion of food for the price. I am disappointed about this location.
