We placed an order through the app 1 hour before closing time. When we arrived we were told that there was no more chicken. According to the employees he was not able to cancel the order on his end. There is no way to cancel on the app. He just told us to come back tomorrow. My boyfriend does not close by, so that was not an option. We have to leave with out the food or a refund. What about if that was the only money left on our account? Also we use a buy one combo get another free and since the deal was already used we were not able to use it at another location.

Went to drive thru 9:48 pm Friday Dec 19 ..the server claimed they were closed due to no more food ..closing time is 10 pm obviously the workers were to lazy clean anymore or due to the incompetent manager that hasn't figured that the workers should get off an hour after closing to give ample time to clean ..this bafoonery need to be check into by corporate

make sure you tell them to make your order if you’re waiting . I waited 25 minutes thinking they were preparing my order and i had to walk up and ask them if it’s ready for them to even begin.

Ordered regular wings instead got buffalo which is burning my mouth, they forgot to give us my son’s drink. This is ridiculous and a waste of a trip

I stopped by KFC and was pleasantly reminded why it’s such a classic. The chicken was hot, crispy, and seasoned just right—crispy outside, juicy inside. The sides were fresh (mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were creamy and comforting), and everything came out fast. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the place was clean. For quick comfort food, KFC still hits the spot.
It's been quite some time having kfc since our Azusa store closed. I wanted to use a deal that was being offered in the app... made an order of 3 items and sent the 82 year-old to pick it up. He brought back 2/3 of an order. There was no one in the waiting room. How could they get it wrong? How do you not include sauces for items that you sell that automatically come with those sauces. What happened to napkins and utensils? Definitely not worth the 2 and a 1/2 mile drive to pick up the missing food and Definitely will not be returning to this location as this is the second app order we've picked up that is missing items. This last time was the drinks. Don't bother calling the number on the website. For that location, it goes straight to verizons, disconnected dialogue. NO thanks, kfc.

I'm sorry 😞 this chicken was old. Couldn't eat it .skin was hard not tender i haven't eaten here in years though I would try it again not finger lickin good . I love chicken
