I previously had obtained a juice cleanse from here and they packed it in glass bottles. I directly contacted the owner to obtain a juice cleanse with a ridiculous amount at $130 which was different they didn’t have the juice ready when initially said it would be and I was offered a gift card for the delay upon pick up it wasn’t given to me along with my juice being in a regular plastic cup and placed in paper bags. In transport juice was spilled and was unable to shake the settled liquid in a plastic cup. I reached out to the owner again in regards to the disappointing experience of plastic cups and the promised gift card I didn’t receive she apologized and offered a redo of the juice cleanse in which I agreed she requested my email in which I provided and received absolutely nothing. I sent two follow up messages which have been ignored. This lack of customer service coming from the owner is sad as there are so many other businesses out there so with that I will ensure I take my money and anyone I know elsewhere. Beware against my better judgment I order the cleanse even after being advised there were roaches spotted in the facility

I usually love going and enjoying an acai bowl. Their hours say they close at 8pm. When i showed up at 7:40, the doors were locked. There was an employee in there and when i knocked she refuse to turn around. The service was horrible.

For my first time visiting I had a less than pleasant experience.The staff working Monday around 1:30pm were rude. This staff needs to be taught what customer service is. As a business owner you want your team to greet everyone who walks through the door to the establishment. Felt like I was a bother the entire time, even had to ask them for a lid and bag.

My gf introduced me to this spot! I love it and have been going consistently since! Come to find out I know the owner from the gym and she’s a sweetheart. It’s clean and yummy. The young guy that works there is kind of attitudy - makes the experience a lil funky but he’s not gonna stop me. All the girls are great!

Smoothies used to be pretty good. They now load them with ice? Not even just a little ice, but something like 60% of the smoothie is ice. Nobody wants to chew on ice and have a watered down smoothie. Whoever implemented this won't be saving the shop money in the long run. You're losing customers.
