Must've been a new cashier cuz he messed up my brother's order. He had to call the manager to figure out what he did wrong (overcharged him!)
For those of u wanting the collectible glasses....they are NOT GLASS. They're PLASTIC and not worth the $12 we paid for a breakfast meal and collectible cup.

Only one person working the register and delivering food to tables at 8am (breakfast rush). It took the poor girl 10 minutes before she could take my order because she was so busy on her own. After we got our food I noticed there were about 5 people in line with no one taking orders. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume there were employees who called out, or they're struggling to hire, otherwise it's just poor management.
