This place does not even deserve a one star review. I'm so sad it got like this recently. I wrote a review 8 months ago and I decided to go back in hopes that I would have a different experience. However I was so disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of quality of the food. They are so understaffed in the kitchen and waitresses. Nobody was up front to sit us, we waited a while, then we had to ask for the bean dip appetizzer they took a long time to bring it and the beans were rotten. I ordered churrasco for 3 people in my party and the meat was so hard for all of us, we did not get skirt steak, the sweet plantains were a few days old and had been over heated in the microwave, so disgustin. I had a hard time to swallow it. I ate half of it because I was so hungry, we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. When I asked for my dish to be removed from the bill, they refused. This is what I get for coming back to a deteriorating place. I guess the owners are not interested in investing in quality food to offer the customers and it looks like making it right for the customers is not a priority for the owners and the staff alike.

We are huge supporters of small businesses, especially restaurants. Media Noche was referred to us, so we had some high expectations. I'm sad to say we were very disappointed. the pollo Asado was so dry and had very mojo sauce on it with two of the skimpiest pieces of platanos I've ever seen. The Lechon asado had a huge piece of fat in it. The mariquitas were burnt and I was shocked that they would send that home with us. I felt like the food had been left over from the night before because we arrived early at 5 PM. Dear owner, I am telling this, so you are aware. Hopefully this is not a usual situation

The food was horrible, bistec empanizado was thin and mostly breading. The lechon asado was tasteless, very dry, no mojo. The rice was gross, stale and the beans did not taste good. The portions were small which is insignificant since it sucked anyway. No bread, charged extra without being told certain substitutions carried additional charges. To top it off, TV was blasting local news, no ambiance.Update: my wife asked what they charged for the can of Coke, not even refills and it was $3.50Also hadn't noticed they overcharged me for the bistec, menu said $20 and they charged me $22. Ridiculous

My wife and I have patronized this place for years...And we have watched the quality of the food go down...My wife would order the Salmon Salad and it would be a beautiful dish...the last 3 times it was different and not beautiful at all...I really hope this review is taken to heart and they change whatever is going on...I love to support local restaurants!!!

Nice ambiance, smokin soundrack, great service, UNBELIEVABLY GOOD food. Hands down the best Cuban food I've ever had. My new favorite date place. Wow!
I came by to get a take out order. Their Cuban sandwich was good and came with thick fries. Food took longer than I expected. When I got home, I saw that they forgot the potato balls I ordered. Oh well, my fault for not double checking before I left.

Wow! I ordered from grub hub and everything was amazing! The pollo asado can definitely be shared between two people. The chicken tasted so amazing- the chicken skin was still crunchy, the meat was nice as moist and that mojo sauce is fantastic! It's like creamy but zesty! It was amazing with the chicken and rice. The black beans were so flavorful. I especially loved the empanadas! The papa rellenas were cooked to perfection and it comes with a side of mojo sauce. I really l loved how each plate and side had the sauce that went with the item so I would know which sauce tasted best with which item. Bread pudding was great even reheated. I hope to visit this place in person!

ATTN OWNER: Your management team is horrible. I called today Sunday 10/8 at 4pm for a simple mistake in my order. Your so called manger was so dismissive hung up on me twice and didn’t want to hear me. I didn’t ask for anything for free, didn’t ask for her to fix anything just to simply give me what I paid for. She never once said sorry for the inconvenience, just said nothing was her fault. This business needs a lot of work. Unfortunately the food isn’t good enough to keep the business running with horrible management.

ATTN OWNER: Your management team is horrible. I called today Sunday 10/8 at 4pm for a simple mistake in my order. Your so called manger was so dismissive hung up on me twice and didn't want to hear me. I didn't ask for anything for free, didn't ask for her to fix anything just to simply give me what I paid for. She never once said sorry for the inconvenience, just said nothing was her fault. This business needs a lot of work. Unfortunately the food isn't good enough to keep the business running with horrible management.

I will never go back to place it's unbelievable it's 91 degrees outside and they only had the ceiling fans on and the front door open the service was horrible slow and rude the place was dusty most be from having the front door open the whole time as for the food I can't understand how parts of it was cold and others hot I got a breaded steak and it was burnt I could only eat a part of it the one and only time the service came back to our I told him and he didn't care for the prices they have you would think service and quality would be so much better avoid this place
