Came in for dinner with family on a Friday evening. Our original server was great. He had good recommendations and he helped out a lot with the happy hour menu. Unfortunately, once he left and handed us off to another server, service was poor. We had to flag down another server to get help with anything. The food was great, I had the shrimp cocktail along with the guacamole and chicharron. Both included a drink since it was part of the happy hour menu. The music was pretty loud the whole night which made it difficult to have a conversation. All In all, o would go back, but maybe more for brunch or happy hour, not dinner.

I supposed ordered green chilaquiles but this plate taste horrible it has nothing to do with Mexican chilaquiles and it was mixed with chicken that taste like lemon and it made the taste even worst. I guess the green chili it’s from a can because it has no flavor. These are not chilaquiles at all the beans taste like nothing. This restaurant needs to stop calling chilaquiles. I will give 0 stars but there’s not option for this.

I checked out Ola Resto Bar on a Friday night, and the vibe was on point! The place was lit, the Lakers were playing, and the energy was just right for a night out.

One of the best surprises of the night was the beer deal—20-ounce draft beers for only $4 during the Laker game. I ordered two at once, just in case service was slow, and unknowingly timed it perfectly—the game ended just seconds later, meaning if I had waited, I would have had to pay full price for my second beer. Lucky me!

As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised! We got the taco platter, which came with eight tacos—and they did not skimp on the meat. Everything was flavorful, and the two salsas on the side added a nice kick.

I also tried the half-dozen oysters, and they came with fish ceviche on top, which I wasn’t expecting. At first, I was unsure since I’m used to eating oysters plain, but it actually turned out to be really good! It was a nice twist, and I’d definitely order them again. The price was solid too—about $18.99 for six oysters with ceviche, which felt like a good deal.

The atmosphere was lively, and the music was great. I’m not sure if they bring in a DJ later at night, but the vibe was already solid. Looking forward to coming back, especially for game-day deals—with Dodger season coming up, I’m hoping they’ll have some great specials!

⭐ Rating: 4.5/5
✅ Awesome game-day beer deal
✅ Tacos loaded with meat
✅ Oysters with ceviche were a nice surprise
✅ Lively atmosphere with great music
❌ Could use more info on DJ/events

Would I go back? Absolutely—especially for more game-day specials!

Our waiter did not check on us at all. I had to ask other waiters for assistance. The champagne was flat. Such a rip off. I ordered the mimosa flight but straight champagne. It was horrible, I had to send it back. The guy told us their champagne comes from the tap. You're definitely not getting a freshly cracked bottle of champagne. 😂😂This place is really getting over on people. Idk how they have the ratings they do. Just terrible.

One star because the took our drinks away (cazuelaso) when there was like 75% left.
Full glass of Jameson (double) and full tequila sunrise
Bernie the bartender/bar back promised a free drinks Thursday-Saturday
I'll change it to 5 stars when they make good on their promises or give us a refund

Very generous food portions. My margarita was delicious with horitos tequila.
Went on Saturday and the music was blasting hard to talk and hear those at my table.
Then a fight broke out with two girls. Security was on it.

Parking: We went on a Saturday and the music was pretty loud

Camille the manager was rude when bringing up concerns. When you ask a bus boy to take plates and he walks away… just not good service or management. Dora was our server and she was an absolute angel and helped with everything. If it wasn’t for her our experience would have been terrible.

Stopped by here with my buddy and we ordered some beers. The music was not the best and to top it off our beers came in dirty mugs. My friends even had lipstick still on the rim. When we said something the server didn't know what to say so we walked out without paying. Also keep in mind you can only be there 2hrs. So hope they don't lag it on your food.
