Disgusted to find out that this company is TAKING money from their servers to pay back of house employees. YES back of the house employees are an essential role in a restaurant operating BUT paying them a fair and livable wage should not fall on the lap of the servers. Classic big guy taking money from the small guy. I thought this company was actually making a turn around and might be a good place to dine at but then they are now doing this to their own employees. I cannot and will not continue to support this establishment knowing what they are doing, especially in this economy which is hard to live in as it is. Shame on you Outback!!

I will not be going to outback anymore as they are mistreating their staff, by taking money away from servers !!! All these hard workers work so hard and earn every cent just so their new policy requires to take money from them. I will not be supporting a restaurant that isn’t fair with their employees !!!

it is earth shattering hearing all about how outback is treating their staff, ESPECIALLY the servers and hostess. These people all came to outback to find a family within work and then the company just TAKES THEIR MONEY!!!! all they do is steal from them to be able to pay other staff. Why is everyone not being paid what they should???? This is so disgusting and shameful to hear. I don’t think i could even come back to this location cause it’s just feeding into them!!! PAY YOUR SERVERS !!!!!

I used to love coming to Outback. It was such a common family place and every worker was always so sweet and welcoming. It was an amazing place to go and relax, but now when I go I just feel sadness, hearing all about how the workers are being treated and having their money taken away from them is just so upsetting. The company should be paying EQUALLY. not taking tips and money away from our hard working servers and hostess to be able to pay other staff. It’s so heartbreaking to hear.

Love this restaurant, but I unfortunately cannot support their new policy of having their food servers share their tips with their back end staff. I agree that the dishwashers and the cooks deserve to be paid a decent wage, but that should not fall on the food servers…
Having worked as a food server for many years, I agree that tipping the bartender is standard, but never the cooks and the dishwashers… That should be taken care of by the restaurant. Happy to return when this is no longer a policy.

i’ve been going to this location for years, and I’ve always received great service. But upon my last visit, I found out how the company is treating its servers and taking money from them to pay the cooks and dishwashers instead of the company itself. This is wrong . I won’t be spending my hard earned money here while they steal!

They brought us bread , the plates had a chuck of mashed potatoes stuck In between them. Then the wrong plate of food came to table, the ribs were completely cold in the middle, ,
After we left there was violent vomiting and diarrhea. When we were there, I told my family we should just go. This place is disgusting. Look at those plates that they first gave us. They Wanted to stay, which was not the best idea

We went for a Valentine's dinner. Had reservations at 8pm huge crowd got us seated promptly. Server took beverage and food order. 30 minutes past still did not receive cocktails my husband went to bar to get 45 minutes later dinner was brought by server admitted forgot cocktails and my meal was missing shrimp and potatoes I ordered with steak. Had to eat off husband's meal which was cold. Don't go to this place to celebrate a special occasion because they don't have staff to do so. You would think they would comp the meal but did not. Horrible restaurant
