I worked at a pizza place in my early 20's. I learned that a pizza's presentation is half of the eating experience. upon opening the box, I was very surprised at how well the pizza was made. The pizza was absolutely delicious on the first bite. We will be returning.

The pizza was a little overcooked, but it was hot, and my peppers were dry. Papa John charged me 28.00 for a large pizza and soda plus delivery fees when Uber Eats charges 49.00 to delivery of a meal that cost only 20.00, which was cold and nasty, so I'm thankful that I wasn't charged double for my meal at Papa John.

I ordered two pizzas on 1/20/25 around 5 pm and was very disappointed with the service that I received. The young Caucasian Woman working had a HORRIBLE attitude with everyone coming in. She really looked miserable and looked like she hates her job. The pizzas tasted amazing but she did not cut the pizzas correctly so my family and I had to rip the slices apart and the all the toppings came off the pizza. She clearly needs to be re trained on Customer Service. Without us the customer she would have no job. We will never be ordering from this location again

I placed an order on July 23rd for July 31st the order was supposed to be delivered by 4pm they called to verify I said yes called back to give room number only to find out the had no drivers and the order would be about 15 minutes late so I cancelled it only for the driver to show up 12 minutes late expecting me to pay when I had already cancelled called customer service to complain when I call again to find out the out come management and the upper level people stated it was only five minutes late and lied and make it out that the customer is senile or unable to tell time or understand what's going on this store and there management are rude and arrogant and can careless about customer service
