Today is October 11, 2025, at 12:30 PM. The waitress here had a terrible attitude. I've been to many Pizza Hut locations, but this one left a deep impression on me. Her attitude was extremely arrogant, disrespectful, and rude. I can't imagine why Pizza Hut would hire someone like that to serve customers. I will never go there again.

I have gotten the family box and they have been great. Awesome service fast and hot very honest and polite I think there service is great 🤗
Order was not ready on time. Had to wait 12+ minutes extra. Ordered toppings were missing & very, very skimpy. I hadn't been to Pizza Hut in a long time & this experience is not making me want to return. For the price paid it was definitely not worth it. Taste/quality was no better than Little Caesars & would have cost half of what I paid.

Usually frequent the location on Foothill Blvd / Route 66 in Glendora. First time at this place as i was in the area. Glad I stopped by here.The girl who was working by name of 'Livier'. She went out of her way to truly make an excellent multi-topping Specialty Large ? Pizza ? at the standards one would expect even at the smaller 'Mom & Pop' establishments, comparatively speaking ? .Even had it cooked extra time (well done) for a hot & crispy overall finished product. I'll likely be back sometime in the near future as this stop definitely paid off positively !
My pizza was supposed to be delivered by 7:00 pm. At 8:00 pm, still no pizza. I get a text saying it will be ANOTHER 45 mins. I called the store and they say the driver picked up the order but it never got delivered. The employee I spoke with on the phone said he doesn’t know what happened. They are supposed to be refunding my $30 which takes 2 days to process. Maybe Pizza Hut should not rely on door dash drivers and use their own for customers who order directly from them.

I ordered online to this location(by mistake) instead of the one i usually order from. I had kept away from it because the two times I had tried, it came undercooked.But today I was very happy with my order. The pizza had a nice crisp and was flavorful. I thought I would give a review again since they earned it. I whish they do this every time instead of once in a while. But, keep it up!?
