My pizza was supposed to be delivered by 7:00 pm. At 8:00 pm, still no pizza. I get a text saying it will be ANOTHER 45 mins. I called the store and they say the driver picked up the order but it never got delivered. The employee I spoke with on the phone said he doesn’t know what happened. They are supposed to be refunding my $30 which takes 2 days to process. Maybe Pizza Hut should not rely on door dash drivers and use their own for customers who order directly from them.

I ordered online to this location(by mistake) instead of the one i usually order from. I had kept away from it because the two times I had tried, it came undercooked.But today I was very happy with my order. The pizza had a nice crisp and was flavorful. I thought I would give a review again since they earned it. I whish they do this every time instead of once in a while. But, keep it up!?

This location rips you off! They do not honor the specials you can order from the app. Their system goes down too often, and when it does, they won't honor the specials you can order from their app. How convenient. They end up charging double the price per pizza. Worst experience ever, unfortunately, not the 1st time at this location, but definitely the last.

Delivery took forever. We had placed an order for the traditional box and we noted to plz added ranch mind you it comes with wings!!! Finally got our food delivered with no ranch...called and said if I wanted store credit. Why would we want credit for cents. Instead they should have fixed their mistake and delivered what we asked for. Ruined my meal can't eat this food without the ranch.

We were warned not to eat there but the line at Little Cesar's was too long. We ordered a NY Style Pizza with only one topping and it was an epic failure. Shame on you Pizza Hut for FALSE Advertisement and giving the original New York Pizza a bad name. Overcooked, no flavor and had to search for the cheese since the top was darkened and sprinkled with Parmesan as a cover up, which by the way we did not ask for!!! Please quit while you're ahead. After a couple bites some of us became nauseous, People this place is BAD NEWS.... YUCK!! No wonder it was empty!!!!

WOULD leave 0 stars if POSSIBLE!!! Please train employees to wash hands before and after touching foods, check ingredients and all products are safe, properly stored ,and cooked. Me and my wife have been having food poisoning right after eating our first slice. You know something is wrong with the food you just ate when you're rushing to the toilet with a lot of stomach pain. This is completely unacceptable

Just placed order here for the New Yorker style pizza and was greatly disappointed by the quality. Hardly any sauce, small amount of cheese, and I paid for double pepperoni and looked like it was a regular amount. Please talk to your staff about quality control.

The staff at this location (a female and a male) were awesome in their friendliness and interaction. Super appreciated this experience and made the horrible NYorker pizza bearable. I will definitely order from here again due to the staff I experienced but order the good hand tossed original pizza, never again the NYorker, couldn't give it away! Thx RT
