I ordered blackened chicken strips and they were delicious. The cost of the item was on the pricey side. I spent $15 for a 5 piece chicken only and the strips were flat, not full or plump like some of the other fast food chicken restaurants.

Overpriced. Ordered a two piece chicken box meal and they were overly fried and the drumstick seemed like it came from an anorexic baby chicken. Not with the $11 plus dollars i paid. Have not gone back since. At least not for myself.

The service here has always been very slow. The ordering from a station instead of in person makes it very non personal so you don’t have any interaction with the staff except for when they call your number but then they jay walk away. I am sure this is a result of higher minimum wages. The inside always smells like old cooking grease so I don’t usually eat inside.

I like the food that Popeyes makes, but the service is really bad from the manager, she treats you so badly that it seems like you are asking for a gift. The guys who are preparing the food are really good and do their job well, but it is clear that even the manager treats them badly. I really will not return to this branch. I prefer to drive a few more miles than to set foot in this branch again.

Whenever I place an order with Uber/Postmates, it's a crapshoot if I'm going to get what I actually ordered. Tonight I ordered a fish sandwich (I don't eat chicken) and they circled "fish" on the sandwich bag, but put a whole chicken sandwich in there. I have rarely gotten a correct order the very few times I've ordered from this location. The employees give no effs about if the orders are right.

The service at this place sucks. I ordered 10 -pc chicken and asked for ranch sauce, they only gave me 2 packets and a bunch of hot sauce even though i didn't ask for hot sauce. They also give you more small pieces of chicken than you're supposed to get and they dont fully fill the sides even if you ordered and pay for large portions. Does the management take it out of their salary that's why they scrimp on the serving? I love Popeyes but I'm skipping this branch or I'll either go to Wingstop or Jollibee for chicken. I guess the $20/hr salary did nothing to improve the service.

Workers were extremely rude. They force you to use their kiosk to order your food and are very rude and condescending when you ask for help. I ended up walking out and taking my business somewhere else.
