I never leave reviews, but this place was a huge disappointment today. My family has gone to this place for years and tonight it went from my favorite pizza shop to easily the worst one. They were an hour late for a pick up on one large pepperoni pizza because they gave our pizza away, the only “compensation” was a free 2 liter and 25% off the next order, which the only way to get it off next time is by somehow trusting they will remember the name the order was under. Why would I even want to come back to a place with service like that?Edit: People make mistakes, but the customer service you provide people when you make the mistakes, like giving them a discount on the messed up item/items that were an hour behind, is what keeps the customers coming back. Until you fix your first mistake, I can’t trust you won’t do it again without any quality customer service to back you up. The future percentage off does nothing if you can’t get a customer to come back into your business.

Place is great just that they dont allow in dine ins anymore so thats a bummer. I remember getting free pizza here too, had a friend that worked here and she would hook me up. Great food and memories. Even the arcade is great.

We had Large pepperoni Pizza which was super good. I did want to order their French bread ? with pineapple ? however they indicated they have never served French bread pizza. But I literally ordered it about 4 months ago., other than that this is the best Pizza
