I came here with my fan and we were blown away by the food.the lomo saltado was very flavorful and juicy. The beef fried rice was my fav. You can taste the flavor and tell its family style cooking. Im very glad i found this place. I Will be back.

Sabor a Perú was amazing!
My family and I were doing an errand in the Covina area and I decided to Google some Peruvian food options and came across Sabor a Peru.
It was an excellent choice.
The food is just sooooo good!
Delicious made from scratch & the portions are generous.
The pricing is also what I consider good.
Every single dish we order was amazing but I’m in absolute love with the Tallarin Verde de Pollo & the Lucuma Ice Cream.
But again everything was amazing.

A memorable dining experience. As soon as we walked in we were seated and greeted by the owner, a sweet Peruvian lady. Our food was made quickly and it was delicious!! It was our first time trying Peruvian food and it did not disappoint! I had the “Tallarin Verde con Carne” and it was exquisite! My family tried the “Tallarin Saltado de Carne”, “Bistec a lo Pobre”, and “Lomo Saltado” and they were equally as tasty! The restaurant was also very clean and offers restrooms. I recommend everyone check it out!
I ordered lomo saltado and it was the worst I’ve ever had. It was tasteless and the meat tasted old. My go to place is Mr Pollo but decided to give this place a try - BIG mistake!
