Best ice cream shop I have ever been to by far. Perfect place to finish up a nice out in Covina, or just to go to in general.
Dietary restrictions: Has keto and dairy free (using coconut cream and/or oat milk) ice cream, ice cream with alcohol infused has a low ABV so it's consider non alcoholic (you can definitely still taste the alcohol)
Parking: Street parking right in front and down the street, large parking lots about a block and 2 blocks south

My husband and I hired them for a late night snack at our wedding and it was SO WORTH IT!! The bike cart looked amazing and the flavors were so good
We wanted to say thank you for being the perfect sweet treat at the end of the night! The cart looked amazing and our guests absolutely loved the flavors. We thankfully over ordered to have a stash at home and best believe it's heavily guarded.

Me and my daughter was so excited to come here and that just was –dash away The whole staff was extremely rude. Everybody seemed like they were in a nasty mood and they were just rude to us the whole time. I never experienced such miss treatment they couldn’t even be nice I don’t believe I will returning There wasn’t a smile in the house no great customer service whatsoever none of the employees were personable or even knew how to greet or treat their customers everybody seem in a rotten mood and we’re not interested in the slightest of being nice. Why do people even have a job anymore? If they can’t appreciate having a job, the two people that attended us First of all, we have never been there before it was a first time really excited to be there But it was a horrible experience they make you feel so unwelcome, and they even try to rush you out of the place. It was was not a great experience at all. I don’t recommend this place don’t waste your time gas or money it’s not worth the experience.

Nothing spectacular. We had to try it out due to their raving reviews. The ice cream was ok. The ladies behind the counter were not friendly at all. We felt like an inconvenience to them when we were tasting the ice cream. That left a baddd taste in our mouth. I despise bad customer service. We all need to be kind.

The variety of flavors was outstanding with some very creative thought. Everyone enjoyed their selections. The shop is in a nice area but parking and walking with two disabled people was doable but a bit of a hassle. No major complaints. Highly recommend trying this shop.

The ice cream at Scoops on Tap is the best I have ever had: very smooth, creamy and tasty with a wide variety of delicious flavors. I really like their ice cream and beer/wine tastes of six flavors.
Kid-friendliness: Families with children are welcomed. Kids love to choose ice cream among the 12 flavors for the month.
