SOMBRERO'S MEXICAN GRILL（East Cypress）

Came across this place tonight on google decided to give it try and definitely was impressed! From the service to the dish ware and of course the food was so delicious!! Amazing! Everything was freshly made. We arrived 1 hr before closing and still received amazing service and food! Will definitely be coming back. This place will definitely go far with thier. 🙏❤️

I went to this place yesterday and they sent me to the hospital for a severe stomach infection. I sat at a table looking at the kitchen and they took everything from the refrigerator to the microwave, nothing is fresh, nothing was prepared on the spot.

Absolutely loved the breakfast and service. Chips and salsa to start were really good and then ordered Chilaquiles with rice and beans. The portions were perfect. The owners were beyond sweet to my 1 year old and severed her, her own little plate to eat which was so heartwarming. And for desert was given watermelon with tajin. Well definitely be back 😊

Cool people and place. However today I got very undercooked fries (asada fries) I actually had to throw all the fries away that’s how undercooked they were. I’ll give the place one more chance sometime because I see other people have liked some of their stuff. Also why I’m giving 3 starts instead of 2 or 1.

This place is fantastic! We took our two year old and they catered to all of us! The food was large portions and delicious. You can tell everything is made fresh and thought is put into it and not just thrown on a plate. And watermelon for dessert! Great price, great service. We are loyal customers now for sure!

Pozole was 10/10. Watermelon at the end was a nice, refreshing touch on a hot day too. Friendly servers and great service. They also have some TVs around showing sports and news.

Super friendly and clean. The food was delicious with really good salsa. The watermelon at the end was very refreshing. I'd stop here everyday on my way home from now that I know how good it is. Definitely give it a try if you haven't.

Decided to try this place after seeing it opened. The food was good and portions were perfect. The salsa was nice and spicy 🫶 they have great service and give you a slice of watermelon at the end. Ill be coming back!

Check out the new restaurant in town. Good portion at the right price. First time here and had the Taquitos so delicious.
