I love Starbucks and visit regularly. The brand is always pretty consistent with service, but this particular Starbucks location ALWAYS takes so long when using the drive thru.

It is a typical Starbucks establishment, located near Shoppers Lane in Covina. I would visit this establishment during my lunch breaks, in 2024, when I used to work in the area. I would come here, to purchase coffee, and sometimes sandwiches. Of course, I would not stay long in this place, since I would order most of my items for take out. Still, it is a neat Starbucks establishment. The lines, of course, would take some time, just to get my order right. Nevertheless, I would come here during lunch break, so it is understandable. In the evenings, though, the lines were more efficient. At the same time, during lunch period, there were no places to sit down. Concurrently, in the evenings, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal or coffee. So, if anyone needs some coffee, I would recommend to visit this establishment, in the morning, or in the evening, when there are fewer people. Still, if someone urgently needs coffee during noon time, I would only recommend to visit, if they have 10 to 15 minutes to spare in wait time.

I’m so sorry, but as a barista who works with less than ideal matcha, it’s never been this bad. Why is it milky? Where is the matcha? The customer service is amazing, but cmon. Most of the staff usually do good, but as of lately it’s a baby lite green, it doesn’t even taste like matcha. It tastes like I’m drinking oat milk with syrup. I didn’t pay 7$ for oat milk and syrup. Sorry but this isn’t acceptable.

Went there to use the restroom and some girl in a pink sweater was so rude 😭 I was trying to use the restroom while my boyfriend bought my drink and she blocked the restroom with her body and asked if I purchased something then when I told her my partner was, she said "well this is for employees only. YOURS is right there" like it's nit the fact that I had ti buy something or that it wasn't my restroom, I get that 100%. It was just the complete attitude like as if I didn't belong there
