I stood at the walk up window for several minutes before I was acknowledged and provided service. This location is nearly 100% drive thru focused. If you are looking for a cafe to sit and enjoy your coffee at a table and not behind the wheel of your car, go elsewhere if the weather isn't warm. There's outdoor seating only here.

This is the third time they get my drinks wrong, and they charge me for something I didn’t ask for. I have to repeat myself 3 times because somehow they didn’t get my order right and the people working there are too slow . Worst starbucks ever .

Customer Service SUCKS HERE. Never ever coming back. Won’t sell hot water. Not even asking it for free. Asking for it to be made how I want it and Manager said its store policy. Won’t provide restroom password unless you make a purchase, which I was and “Yess” employee, said she wont provide until she sees the mobile order. Like really. Never again will be coming back here.

This is the worst Starbucks location in the area! I ordered a matcha with coconut milk, pistachio sauce, no classic and non dairy chocolate cold foam. The matcha was all over the side of the cup (not blended correctly) and my cold foam looked like chocolate milk was poured on top ( no foam at all ) When I asked the batista to remake it, she looked a me like I was the weird one. Two other batistas came to the window and one of them told me that I could get my money back or take the drink! I paid for my drink, and the fact that it's their error and they were declining to do their job correctly means that I asked for a refund and went to the one in Glendora on Route 66. They know how to make drinks correctly!

Did the matcha green tea recipe change? For the past two weeks it has simply been horrible tasting. This was my regular and now it's become this clumpy bitter tasting mess. What happened?
It's only 740 and they are closed. I'm tired of places closing too early this is bad customer service! Irritated be abuse it's cold and I wanted a hot cup of coffee. Starbucks you need to do better!

Typical Starbucks food. I feel like what makes or breaks a Starbucks is the atmosphere and customer service. So far every Starbucks around West Covina and Covina have bad customer service, always grumpy workers. Their lucky they have good coffee otherwise I would go to rad coffee for a better atmosphere
