Super sweet girls, I think the girl who took my order her name was Kim, super friendly and quick! The girl who handed me my drink had a septum and purple hair, so kind! I didn’t see what she wrote on my cup until I was home but it made my day! And my drink was also better than I’ve ever had it!

So traveling thru and stopped for a blended coffee. Someone needs to come show this store how to make a blended coffee I travel and I watched them make my coffee and poured the running liquid that sits at the top into my cup and poured the GOOD BLENDED LEFT OVER DOWN THE DRAIN. Thought to myself that’s odd never seen that before I took a few drinks of my coffee and I asked the lady Were the blend was it was LITTERALLY worse than an iced coffee at a McDonald’s. She got her manager and I asked where was the blended part of the coffee she said it that was it. It was so watery I drank it before I left the store waiting for my co worker to get his orders such a sad environment and the workers have no care about customer service

Service was horrible, I'm a local Covina resident,love coffee. Is my first and last time in this location. I don't like to profile people specially during this times but she didn't give me my receipt. Maybe she needs another job where she doesn't deal with people. She looks Asian/Hispanic a tattoo on her left arm she has some.roses or something like that. I asked a drink she told me.they didn't have I said oh, she said we can do it this way etc I said ok thanks. I order another regular coffe and a cookie. Her body language was just awful, she didn't have to say much but her body language said it all. I got my coffee she didn't offer or ask if I wanted sugar or creamer etc. Usually. Everytime you go to sturbucks they asked etc
I was more in disbelief how this employee was behaving . I didn't want to tell her off because it was too early and my teen wanted a drink and was waiting and the car, didn't want to teach my teen that is ok to be mean to any person that is working. But the girl just wow. I asked for creamer since she didn't ask. Her attitude was awful she gave it tome but she didn't even say o sorry I didn't ask nothing. She needs to go. She needs to be somewhere else but not helping people. If I ever go back is just go get her name and send a big message to corporate . Disgusting. So sad most of the people I have met working at sturbucks are very young friendly Gals but not her.

Lazy ass workers at five in the morning I understand it’s morning but you have a job to do if you know the cup is crushed. Don’t serve hot coffee in it. You’re lucky I was running a bit late so I didn’t turn around to chew you a new one, my coffee spilled as I was taking a drink out of it well driving The lid slipped off. I tried to put the lid back on after getting burned and noticed that rim around the cup seem to be extremely crushed. There was no way a lid could stay on long you guys should be sued or that girl should be fired.

Terrible, Sunday 3pm and in 30 min it only move 5 cars... I haven't even placed my order and can't leave because the cars behind me, I understand how drive thru works, but this is getting worse than in n out

First visit here; visiting a friend a block away.
I stood at the walk up window for several minutes before I was acknowledged and provided service. This location is nearly 100% drive thru focused. If you are looking for a cafe to sit and enjoy your coffee at a table and not behind the wheel of your car, go elsewhere if the weather isn't warm. There's outdoor seating only here.

This is the third time they get my drinks wrong, and they charge me for something I didn’t ask for. I have to repeat myself 3 times because somehow they didn’t get my order right and the people working there are too slow . Worst starbucks ever .

Customer Service SUCKS HERE. Never ever coming back. Won’t sell hot water. Not even asking it for free. Asking for it to be made how I want it and Manager said its store policy. Won’t provide restroom password unless you make a purchase, which I was and “Yess” employee, said she wont provide until she sees the mobile order. Like really. Never again will be coming back here.
