Joan is terrible, not a good drink maker or cashier at the drive through. I was in there today and did not want to touch the card reader (it was filthy) and she was not helpful at all, usually the workers make it easy to just insert your card but she was not helpful at all. She really should be cleaning that too, it was so dirty. Worst mocha frap I've ever had, my boyfriend and I will not be going to Starbucks again. Why support awful service when we can find and help out a local mom and pop shop. I hope joan gets better at her job someday, this is one is clearly not for her.

I went to this location because they opened at 4:30am and I went on the app at 4:30am and placed a mobile order. I got there at 4:38am and went through the drive thru. When I got there I told them I had a mobile order and she said they didn't have an order under my name and rudely asked if I put it for the citrus and arrow location. I said I did and the person on headset said she would look for it. Finally they found it and said they're finishing it up. So I said thank you and drove up to the window. It still took about another 3 minutes before I got it. It was a hot medium roast coffee. She didn't put a sleeve on it and I didn't think anything of it at the time because I keep seeing pics of starbucks using different cups. I get to work and of course its too hot to try and hold the cup normally. I'm trying to hold it and the lid pops off and I get coffee all over my shirt and pants. If it would have had the sleeve, I could've held the cup like its supposed to. I only come to this location because it opens earlier than the one by my house but that was the worst service I've ever received.

Got some fall drinks and the apple crisp macchiato my gf got wasn't that good, my pumpkin spice latte whatever the hell was pretty tasty. Nice staff and kind of awkward window ordering since it's like a drive through location only.

Great place always! The Customer Service never changes there
This location's staff can never consistently get a drink right. Makes you ask for a straw even if you order a frap! So stupid. No one manages the drive-thru lines when it gets long. And sometimes the coffee tastes watered down. ONLY this location. Even Target's sbux has it together.

I love this Starbucks!! It's convenient because it's only walking distance from my house like less than 5 minutes. The atmosphere inside it's perfect, allowing me to study or do homework or get some work done. Plus they provide Great Customer Service!!! ❤️❤️ Always very clean and quiet.
Parking: Plenty of parking spot and space. Handicap parking available as well.
Kid-friendliness: They got a few drinks that are kid-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: They got wheelchair accessibility and handicap parking as well.
