When I go to this Starbucks and I get a cold drink they always put in a coffee cup and my drink is warm every time.
I experienced something at this location I'd never thought I would ever experienced anywhere. I witnessed a law enforcement officer get denied use of the restroom because he wasn't a paying customer. He told the lady (Christina) that his partner was going to buy something and if he could use the restroom and Christina refused him again. Unreal! I think there is some real bias going on here. No professional curtesy or respect for our men in women in uniform. Shame on Christina! Hope the manager speaks to their staff about this and how to handle this situation better. I encourage people that see this to take their business elsewhere.

Was denied access to use the bathroom unless I bought something. I told them I bought something 20 earlier from another location. I was told I had to buy something to use their facilities. Not cool. I even showed them my app.

I was soooo disappointed. I ordered the new blueberry sage drink only to be told AFTER paying and waiting at the window that all of my drinks were in paper cups. These cups are TRASH!!! I don't know who thought this was a good idea. EPIC FAIL. You drink and as soon ad the cup gets moist it sticks to your lips and practically pulls the skin off. Just lost 3 clients.

Locking the toilets and making sure they are missing paper makes one feel they found some run down gas station in the middle of nowhere. Way to keep it classy.

Why don't they allow the restroom for clients?? Or are they racist towards Latinos? I go to other cafes with better locations and if they allow it, what happens to them here. That attitude is not appropriate. I'm going with coffee beans and it's more considerate than you, maybe the one who bought this franchise is Arab??
I frequently visit this location and usually don't have a problem. That is until this morning. I ordered a Skinny Carmel Machiotto. That means it should have non-fat milk and SF Vanilla Syrup. What I received was a non-fat coffee with milk and foam. WTH?!

The barista at register lacked training. She left her spot & waited for bakery item by warmer...my drink sat there then the order for the car behind me sat there... by the time I left there were so many cars lined up!

I told them i was there for a pickup through DoorDash and they said they were working on it. Then I waited 5 minutes and asked again for the order and it was just sitting there on the counter all bagged up but no one called it out for me to grab. Waste of time here.

Went inside to get something with the family and after waiting almost 45 minutes I wondered what could take so long for ice coffee and ice tea. I was informed that 7 people were still in front of me. It was strange to me that over 30 different cars got orders before I was given anything. I just left instead of having to wait another 30 minutes in line to cancel.
Update: my sister waited for her drink and after asking how much longer it would be they said they lost our order? Crazy that they said ten minutes earlier we had 7 people in front of us. Honestly I try to never complain about customer service but the lack of any customer service skills explains why this is the lowest rated Starbucks in the area.
