I recommend that the owners ensure customers are only allowed to enter starting at 11:00 AM if that’s the official opening time. Today I had to wait for over 15 minutes because I found the door open at 10:45 AM — the stations were already set up and the staff was working. They saw me walk in and even let me prepare my food, but no one informed me about the service hours or mentioned that the kitchen wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes.
