Been here many times, was very good and lady was nice when they first opened years ago. NOW THE LADY IS RUDE RUDE RUDE, and should not be upfront if she has no customer service skills. The food turned bad, not good anymore. Manners are key is business.

Not as good as some of the other Chinese fast food places nearby, but maybe they excel at their other dishes like orange chicken? The items we ordered were hit or miss. I ordered via qMenu and was looking for a place that had crispy chow mein. I was disappointed when I picked up my order and realized that they already poured all the gravy, meat, and veggies over the top. Every time I order this dish elsewhere, it comes packaged separately. I guess you can try to ask them to separate it for pick up. Overall, it was pretty good, but definitely not as much gravy sauce as other places. Green beans were old and over cooked. Mongolian beef was pretty good. Wonton soup was probably the best item and the wontons didn't get soggy or fall apart in the soup. Salt and pepper tofu was bland and soggy. White rice is not included so you will have to ask/order it. Located in the huge shopping plaza with CVS.

Food is made to order and always fresh. Price is very reasonable with huge portion size. Have been ordering here for years. We have eaten at many Chinese restaurant but this one is one of our absolute favorite place. They have delicious authentic Chinese cuisine. Must give them at least 20 minutes when placing take out order. Family owned and very friendly. They have the BEST Walnut Shrimp hands down. Everything on their menu is very tasty. You can't go wrong with anything you order. Go try it, you will not be disappointed.

This happens to be my younger brother's favorite place to get orange chicken since he was a little kid. Prices have gone up a quite a bit since then, but he still likes their orange chicken and chowmein best. We are no longer local to this place, but we make the drive out here every so often (like today). They take your order at the door due to social distancing. Our order was ready in a few minutes and we were on our way. My brother is still pleased with his go to order. You get a entree, rice or chowmein, a veggie eggroll, and a drink for roughly $11.50ish after tax. Not bad at all.

Terrible customer service personnel. Very rude from the moment I enter. I greeted them and just look at me with out saying anything. I have to tell them what i wanted. Not sure if they were having a bad day but thats no way to treat anyone. Food there was pretty much dry out and whats crazy its only approx 2:30pm. Didnt want that to ruin my lunch. Very disappointed, I trash that after two bite. Ended up going to another location close by, but didnt end up having a good lunch for the day. Thank you Sun's New Kitchen for ruining my lunch. Wont be coming back. Hope they improve there customer service for the future customer. Just Terrible!!!

If you guys are willing to wait 30-40 mins for some DELICIOUS chinese food...Head on to Sun's New Kitchen! This family owned business has always been very welcoming & made fresh! They never disappoint! Highly recommend them! Be sure to order ahead !

The short and stocky girl with two circle tattoos in the inside of her forms is super rude. I've never been here before and she acted like I'm supposed to know the menu already. And the menu is just taped up on the wall. They have signs that say mask required but they don't even let you in the tables are blocking the damn door

Ordered half tray of WALNUT ? for almost $80.00 not a single WALNUT all I got shrimps and broccoli. Disappointed!!! It is WALNUT not Broccoli shrimps?

The chowmien was very bland and the orange chicken was gross and doesn't look like orange chicken , I got 7 eggs rolls instead of a drink when I specifically asked for a drink and not egg rolls for a replacement , the lady with short hair is very rude too and they take a long time when you order a small plate.never coming back here again such a waste of money
