I was pretty disappointed overall....the nachos were ridiculously priced at almost $19.00The asada tastes like it was boiled & rubber like..Not even a child's meal was less than $11.00I TOTALLY understand why there was nobody in line & the people who did go, just ended up arguing w/the order taker because she didn't speak English....I won't be going back

My experience with this place has been terrible. The Assad super nachos I ordered were cold when I got them, and when I gave them another chance with a Carne Asada burrito a few days later, it was also cold. Despite eating it right away in my car, the food remained cold, showing it wasn't fresh. The fast service doesn't allow for freshly prepared meals. Additionally, I suffered major stomach pain and discomfort the next day having to go multiple times to the restroom. When I asked for a refund the following day, they refused and asked me to leave the restaurant.

Ordered the taquitos.. we asked for paper to be placed below the taquitos.. they didn't honor my request.. we like the taquitos here.. but they use foam containers.. which melt next to hot food.. this means if to order anything hot, the foam melts into your for.. and the melted foam is highly cancer forming.. avoid hot food.. the taquitos are hot enought to melt holes through the container

The food is great but I like it better in the morning because the cook in the afternoon doesn't know how to make the food very burnt, they should change it, he is a dark-skinned man, Wacala, he is terrible at cooking, I should change it.

Went to get a asada burrito and a side of rice and beans, and the meat was not even in small pieces and had no flavor. I was during break as I drove away I realize I didn’t have any salsa, so I stopped and asked the cashier For some salsa, she seemed like I was bothering her, I didn’t have much time so I took the sauce and left got to work and started eating realize I didn’t have any napkins and she didn’t give me any utensils for my side of rice and beans. The rice was super dry, and the beans were way too runny. I will never eat there again. Totally not for me.

Beef chimichanga might as well be a veggie chimichanga with how much tomatoes and lettuce they fill it with no meat lol. You will get no meat at all and you will pay 13 dollars no combination or drink included. Nothing but tomatoes onions and lettuce. Then they charge an extra 4 dollars if you pay with a debit card smh . Disgusting and greedy ??

Don't let the name or the ubiquitous sign in front fool you, this is not your typical Albertos-esque fast food joint. They have the best menudo in town along with the sweetest young lady in front to take your order, not just some kid that's passing time while waiting for their next TikTok video to go viral. The folks in the back work their tails off too because those homemade tortillas always come out hot as lava, even by the time I get home if I'm doing takeout. The newborn baby-sized breakfast burritos are clutch too.
