That steak grilled burrito combo has 2 little burritos with cheese melted on top holding them together. 👌 I combined them with the garlic dipper and it was exquisite, truly a treat. Warning do not eat if you have a weak stomach. 😇✌️

I ordered 4 bean, rice cheesy burritos and they were sad. seriously no beans in them like they just but the juice of the beans, sprinkled some rice and packed the sauce. My daughter ordered a bean burrito 🌯 and it looked some kind of bean quesadilla-flat all tortillas. Waste of money and time

I'm updating my review to 5 Stars. If I could use the meltzer system they would be 7 Stars. That being said The entire staff at this location has been a source of positivity and professionalism. The last few months of my life have really been not great. Diego and Luz *I'll correct if needed. I'm still learning names* Have gone above and beyond customer service expectations. When I've been drowning in stress and financial instability, they've always been on shift at the right time. I don't want to leave anyone out either. Literally the Entire Staff is super friendly, engaging, and been an additional unintentional support system Idk i needed. Trippy too think how a dirt bike taco commercial would lead to 35 years of good times together. Let alone how life changing the simplicity of a smile can be. I was in a bad place when I moved back to covina. Things aren't great again yet, but damn they've kept things from getting worse by giving me even the smallest validation. I could go on. Management. I've always enjoyed this location and frequently visit with friends. However, during a recent visit, I encountered a new staff member (a woman, possibly late 20s or early 30s, with an accent) who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She insinuated that I was stealing my own mobile order, even after I showed proof, and made an uncalled-for, bigoted comment about me. Her hostility was evident, and she refused to speak to me further after the interaction.
That experience left me uncomfortable, especially when I later realized my friend’s drink wasn’t even filled properly. However, I recently visited again and, aside from the freezes not being filled to the top, I haven’t seen that staff member, and service has been much better.
Vegetarian options: All options can be made vegetarian, for the most part (assuming if there’s meat, it can be replaced by beans, or potatoes)
Haven't been to this taco bell location since the late 90's early 2000's back then it looked totally different but the service was great and staff was friendly the new design looks pretty cool now
