I usually always come to this taco bell lately at night. I'm pregnant and taco bell is a craving. Today I went around noon I got the chalupa box which came with fries burrito chalupa soft taco. I asked for alot of sauce sorry I'm pregnant and I just like my food saucy right now. I saw the cashier only put 8 sauces on the screen. At the window I asked politely for some more sauce that person was so rude and was like well I already put 8. Im sorry but 8 sauces is just not enough for those items. I would've even paid for the extra sauce but the person was so rude about it I was just like forget it then. I didn't wanna argue with her over sauce.
I never had this issue here, the staff at night is really nice and accommodating and this person working around noon was just an asshole.

Service was terrible. I use to come to this Taco Bell all the time now I rethought when I received a horrible experience at the drive thru. I was told a rude comment“why am I picking my order when I have other cars behind me and in front” terrible customer service. I love Taco Bell but some people shouldn’t be allowed to work if they can’t be professional

At around 1:30 today, I came in to ask about any job position that were available despite there being a decal on the door that said they were hiring, the manager huffed and I was told ever so rudely by their manager, so sorry we are full and pointed to the door. The website said, there were 10 or so available jobs at this location. I filled out the online application and everything but I didn’t hear anything back. I understand that times are tough and everyone is looking for jobs but no one should be spoken to disrespectfully. Regardless of the situation. I normally don’t complain as to not sound like a Karen but the behavior of the manager today is unacceptable. My best advice would be to have better training for customer service positions as well as management.
We come here UNFORTUNATELY because it is the closest one we have to us unless I wanna drive about 10 minutes which might be worth it due to the fact that even the shortest line takes upwards of 15 or more to complete every time I come here I tell myself that last time was just an off day but that's not the case they are lazy slow and their food is NEVER as good as other locations. Heck their rice is CRUNCHY for some unexplainable reason!!

Morning shift manager was extremely rude and giving me attitude. Would not recommend this location.
One time they took 30 minutes for dine in order.
They are never available at the counter.
Seems like they try to avoid customers all the time.
You have to stand at the counter for minutes to have an employee acknowledge you.

came june 29th at 1:40 am. let’s say i had a very eventful birthday( june 28 ) & due to everything that was happening my boyfriend & i didn’t get a chance to eat till the next day at 1:40. let me say that ive been too MANY taco bell’s especially in my home state ( new york ) & this by far was the best birthday dinner i had. the food was fresh & cooked to perfection. who ever that was handling food at this time, god bless you & may you have the best of luck. it really made my night & my birthday.
