Tried to over charge me. Then acted like he did not know what happend. Acted like he did not know how to fix his mistake.Worst service i have encourtered. Foods not that good to be a jerk. Went back and he did not want to serve me . Like it was my fault he does not know how to use the pos system. I am the only person in the place. What a joke. Do you self a favor and go anywhere else

They suck, hours they post are never followed and I live right next door so I call them to place an order and they never answer. I actually walk in and call and see them never pick up phone. The new owner has driven this place down. Owner/worker actually wears competitors Tshirts. Nothing like the OG place on Rush st

I visited Tacos Omanas, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was hostile and uncomfortable. Almost everyone stared at me, creating a tense environment that made it difficult to relax.
The building itself was quite cramped, especially in the front. I noticed dead flies in the shutters, which is a huge red flag, and the decor, along with the tables, felt rundown and poorly maintained.
As for the service, it was terrible. The man at the register was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there, which only added to the negative vibe of the place.
When it came to the food, it was painfully average. The dishes were bland and boring—edible, but very disappointing. I expected much more in terms of flavor and overall quality.
Overall, Tacos Omanas was a letdown. From the uncomfortable atmosphere to the subpar service and food, I can't say I'll be returning anytime soon.
