I received food poisoning from the corn. How do I know? It was obvious later that night... All night I was in and out of the bathroom. I still went to work the next day. However it impacted my work since I had to make frequent bathroom trips and had a fever. On my way home early from work, I called wing stop. I let them know and said I did notice the corn looked dry/shriveled but I had poor judgement. The guy on the phone was trying to discredit me saying "we've never had any issues" I said well that meal was the only thing I ate yesterday. And he still tried to fight me. He said he would let his supervisor know and would call me. That was a MONTH ago and I'm still waiting. Good job guys. I put a lot of money into that location via DoorDash. Do better.

I ordered for take out. When we were about to eat, I opened the container and wrong order. They gave me buffalo instead of cajun. We know our wings and that was no Cajun. I don't even have to taste it. It looks like it and smells like it. Jeff was arguing with me and said he's the one that prepared the order. He said it looks like buffalo wings but he put seasoning on top. My husband, my daughter, and I looked again and again . No seasoning on top. Customer service is unacceptable. Jeff was rude and he kept insisting that there was seasoning on top. He need to go to a proper etiquette customer service class. Then he told me to bring the food back. I just said I want refund. He had an attitude problem. I took a picture to prove that he is wrong. There is no seasoning on top. -100 STARS

Unfortunately ordering over the phone at first was not possible due to waiting on hold for so long. I was even able to drive to the location while still being n hold. I then went inside and tried to order anyway. To my surprise they were not very busy at all, so they immediately asked me for a mask, which was totally fine. I asked if they had a mask to offer and said it was not my plan to come inside to order in the first place. I was told "no" they do not carry masks. I checked the number and told them I would call in and order as a solution. When I called back 4-5 times while outside their phone was constantly suddenly busy. I even waited 3 minutes or so long between each call to give them a chance. It was clear they didn't like being asked why they left me on hold and they refused me service because it was pointed out. I don't appreciate it when the service I wanted is made difficult for no reason. All I needed was to grab some food and go home. I am now going somewhere else after wasting an hour of my time here with these people. Sad to leave a bad review as I would have rather left a good review. All you had to do was answer the phone and take the order, that was your only job to accomplish. Fail

Horrible customer service. I called and placed an order at this exact location & the lady who answered the phone tried telling me I didn't. I gave the correct number and still, there was no order. She had a bad attitude.

I ordered online at www.wingstop.com and ordered carryout. Ordering online was quick and easy! I'd recommend skipping the wait, order online, and pick it up after 20 minutes. This location is always on point in making sure online orders and phone orders are ready. There is rarely a wait. My visit to Wingstop Covina was because I was craving their Boneless Garlic Parmesan chicken. I got the 15 pc Meal for 2. I'd recommend this if you plan to share with your friend or S.O. because it's the perfect amount of food. If you order anything from Wingstop, make sure to get this. It's in every single one of my orders. I decided to try something new and got the Classic Cajun wings. It was a little too salty for my liking but it was fine. The 15 pc Meal for 2 comes with veggie sticks (OR another side) and 2 soft drinks also and was about $23. I was feeling extra hungry when I ordered online so I even added Crispy Tenders, haha! Only $1.99. I definitely recommend coming to this Wingstop location. Fast service and great food!

I told the lady in the front counter I wanted an empty cup with a lid to put my energy drink. She asked a guy behind her to charge me. Not sure why she couldn't charge me herself(Perhaps she was the manager). He gave me a total of $2.59! I asked "for an empty cup?!" He said yes with an apologetic tone. Now I know why she didn't charge me. I didn't even get a drink or ice from their stablishment. Crazyness. Why I paid? I really needed a cup with a lid lol everything serves as a lesson in my point of view. Now I know never to go back there, me and my family can order from the one in Rowland and azusa. The food was fresh, hot and tasty when I picked it up however, I paid for a 10 piece combo and only had 8 pieces and the French fries were 80% one inch or smaller bits which was disappointing. The staff was friendly.

Always expect your food to take twice as long as they say. Whether you call it in, order there, use doordash your order will never be ready on time.

They don't care how you want your food. I absolutely love wing stop, but not this one. Finally after ordering wings and Fry's well done at least 5 times abd they always come barely cooked with limp cold fries I called the manager who basically said they don't do special requests when it's busy. Well, I guess it's always busy then because I have never recieved my order correct. The manager offered nothing other than to say they would try harder, but they're not going to. I've given up I will never eat here again. If you want some good Wingstop you'll probably have to head into South La where it's delicious and they care about what their customers think. I'm currently cooking my own fries in my own oven because they arrive cold and limp.

Keep your expectations low as possible and double check your order before you leave, because the employees lack moral and don't care about the customer who is spending money at the place that keeps their lights on. It's almost sickening to see how much everyone doesn't care, everyone inside acts like their in high school and can't be professional for longer than a few brief moments. The "I know haw" type of women that work here need to go back to the warehouse life because wings, is not their calling. I feel sorry for the franchise owner, I know they deserve better.

This is by far the worst Wingstop ever! Do not come,I tell you guys! Come at your own risk, the service is horrible, they don't tell you anything. The workers were so rude and didn't care what I ordered. This place in covina is a no go! Do not come here plus my soda had black grim at the bottom

I placed a phone order at the Covina location. During the call I had my phone on speaker because I was driving. My family heard me repeat the order serval times. The worker, her name is Destiny based on the receipt. Repeated the order back to me incorrectly several times. The order still was incorrect when I arrived home. This location doesn't place customer service first. They didn't resolve the issue and when I called they hung up on me. Please train your staff on customer service skills.
