Ordered menudo ‘ the lady handed me chips and salsa went to sit down. They brought my menudo’ forgot the tortillas which after 3 minutes I went and asked if menudo came with tortillas young lady reach the microwave and pulled them out. They were Burnt in center . I tried eating them but couldn’t they gave me new order of tortillas all good. But the menudo had more corn than meat. This is a nice place if they improve customer service and the food quality which is not that bad! I would be here every weekend but not for menudo. It seems to be a family run restaurant wish them luck

I had ordered a dinner plate of (3) three steak tacos made from Carne Asada, with rice and beans. Then, I also placed an extra order of (2) two chicken tacos... but, when I reached my home, I washed my hands and opened the dinner plate, noticing that instead of chunky chopped steak, these tacos looked like shredded beef??? Not bad tasting, but it's NOT what I expected. Moving on... I opened the chicken tacos to my amazement... it was EXACTLY the same tacos that were placed in my dinner meal????? Lol... all in all, I had plans on revisiting, but after two strikes... im good... ill stay put. Thank you for that uncanny experience.

Their speed is really slow, and the waiters are not honest. They have been deceiving the meal time
Brought my family here spent over $66 bucks and it was very disappointing.. food looks nothing like menu definitely false advertisement food had no flavor. Even the chips were cold and stale. Food seemed old and for the long wait I expected it to be good

I haven't been here in a few years. I was literally craving their fresh ?? fruit and Mexican Rice with some soup. I am so glad I came without having time to review the bogus opinions of obviously some disgruntled customers. I had fresh fruit with cream, coconut, granola and raisins. I also had some delicious chicken soup. Both were so delicious and "Out of this World". Extremely authentic! Rice, I am very particular and they PAST the TEST!!! Very few Mexican Restaurants make rice the way I like it and this restaurant did!!!This restaurant past all categories. I wish I could give them 10 stars.Keep in mind Not all restaurants I have reviewed in Covina have met my standards which is unfortunate. Once again this restaurant is scrumptious ❤️?

I like the roast beef cakes at this place, they are delicious, but today the service disappointed me, without lying, it took them 30 minutes to serve my order, which were only 2 cakes.

The truth is that it looks like a quiet place but I visited this place on Monday 031124 in the afternoon and the truth is that I was disappointed since there were 2 young people with the owner of the restaurant, apparently they are her workers and one of them yelled at him to give her check that what she was doing was not correct I don't see it right that the lady does not pay her workers because if she has workers it is because she has something to pay them with because the truth is that the lady is not an honest person apparently AND I DIDN'T ENJOY MY food because they were saying things to each other she even yelled at one of the young women that if she didn't shut up she was going to throw water on her people like that shouldn't have business today I visited this place again there was a different young woman talking and she didn't pay attention to my order

I had to go to the hospital because a tortilla chip got stuck n my throat, I knew I should've ate it it was old as in not freshly made. Ugh I was so pissed I left all my food left behind and if you ever had the soups de Res omgggg so good. I lov the food maybe not chips.
