Never been to a fastfood place that has no internet.... and this is the one. The table was wet, not just one but the whole sections. They need new workers and owner.

Ordered through app before 11 pm when I get they state that the baked potato I order would take 7-8 minutes. I agreed to wait, and then after 8 minutes passed the worker comes and tells me that they forgot to turn on the oven and that the manager refuses to turn the oven now. I can tell that they are lying to me so I asked for my order to be cancelled and they state they can't do that on their end, app does not allow me to cancel the order. The Chili i got was really thick, like it was sitting there for some time and the cheese was not even melted.

I normally go this Wendy's location and have never had an issue with any of the workers but today was a different story. I won't waste my time going there again. The female worker who took my order was not friendly at all she was rude and didn't speak when I greeted at the window. She got part of my order wrong of course. I repeated my order twice and it was still partially wrong. Oh and she had me leave the drive- thru to go park in front and wait for my food while others in the drive thru didn't have to. How was their food ready before mine and I was in the driveway first before anyone showed up. I wasn't that feeling that at all. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND LEARN HOW TO TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER!! Why be in the fast food business if you don't know how to interact with the public?!

I oder ahead on the app so that I don't have to wait too long. I pull up to an empty restaurant, a couple of cars in the drive thru, worker is very polite and acknowledged me, asked me if I'm here for a pick up, which I confirm. He says, "I'll get that for you." The manager audibly instructs him not to. I then have to wait. Total time from ordering to receiving my "fast food" was 20 minutes. And the cherry on top, the order was of course, wrong.

Helped me out really fast while I pulled up to the drive through. Charged me and gave me my food quick. I was happy because I was in a hurry to make it in time to work.

Won't waste my time going there again. The worker who took my order was rude could barely speak clearly did not take the order properly medium fries and 2 chocolate shakes. HOW HARD IS IT? INSTEAD NO FRIES AND 2 VANILLA SHAKES SERIOUSLY? Everybody has a bad day but this was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND LEARN HOW TO TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER!! I recently visited my local Wendy's, and I have to say, their Dave's Doubles are amazing! The burgers are super juicy and have a lot of flavor. The buns are soft, and the toppings are always fresh. I really like the combination of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The fries are also crispy and taste great with some ketchup.
The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The place was clean, and I enjoyed eating there. If you love burgers, you should definitely try the Dave's Double at Wendy's. It's one of my favorites!
