A single and a double medium combo for $30 is kind of ridiculous but I can deal with if tastes as good as Wendy's normally does. The meat tasted like it was reheated and over well done. Fries were overly salty, soft drink was lacking syrup and no offer of condiments or even a receipt which I had to request for it. I love Wendy's but this location is utter garbage.

Tables needed cleaning. Loud obnoxious music was playing. I had to ask for a fork for my salad and was given a spoon. The worker didnt speak very good English. I had to use hand gestures to explain what I needed.

got served this old burger at 8:30 on a saturday night. i called and asked for a refund (totally possible to be done electronically) and they refused unless i came back. so i went the next day and the district manager was there who then argued with me in front of customers and refused a full refund. he also lied and said refunds by card are not possible, which makes no sense at all. not sure how the district manager can be that uneducated on basic food safety and POS systems.

Never been to a fastfood place that has no internet.... and this is the one. The table was wet, not just one but the whole sections. They need new workers and owner.

Ordered through app before 11 pm when I get they state that the baked potato I order would take 7-8 minutes. I agreed to wait, and then after 8 minutes passed the worker comes and tells me that they forgot to turn on the oven and that the manager refuses to turn the oven now. I can tell that they are lying to me so I asked for my order to be cancelled and they state they can't do that on their end, app does not allow me to cancel the order. The Chili i got was really thick, like it was sitting there for some time and the cheese was not even melted.

I normally go this Wendy's location and have never had an issue with any of the workers but today was a different story. I won't waste my time going there again. The female worker who took my order was not friendly at all she was rude and didn't speak when I greeted at the window. She got part of my order wrong of course. I repeated my order twice and it was still partially wrong. Oh and she had me leave the drive- thru to go park in front and wait for my food while others in the drive thru didn't have to. How was their food ready before mine and I was in the driveway first before anyone showed up. I wasn't that feeling that at all. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND LEARN HOW TO TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER!! Why be in the fast food business if you don't know how to interact with the public?!
