They made my food with love ❤️ My food was made perfectly ! And they made it fast and it still came out beautifully. Not to mention the customer service was great !!! The guys in there are awesome!!!!👏 They make great team !!!

It smells like sewer in there! That's just for starters had i known that before hand wouldn't have ordered food from i orderd mixed flavor bone in classic i go to pick up order it stinks and I'm handed my order i ask classic she says yes classic ! It's has classic on the papers on the food container i get home and it's all boneless wing chicken nuggets if you will. Now I'm pissed becuase we all double checked but no ingredients or lead checked the order for accuracy. I called to get it fixed and they tell me they can only make the order right no more no less and they refused to make the order until I arrived and gave them the wrongs wings. After I waisted 30 min going there and back home. The girl helping was clueless on customer support and this spot is obviously lacking over watch and not exaggerating it smells like a sewer leak is happening in this covina wingstop. !

Found a big azz hair in my voodoo fries. Just be careful when you get food from here. Not sure if whoever is cooking the food wear hair nets, if they don't it'd be a good idea for wingstop to implement that policy.
Been here a few times now, its convenient as it is not too far from my home. Usually you get attitudes from the staff that takes your order, no customer service skills,no greeting nothing. I'll be driving a bit further from now on to a different location.
The place itself most of the time dirty tables, the soda fountain section always dirty and sticky hence the reason why I always do takeout from this particular location.

i don’t like leaving bad reviews at all, but i’ve ordered here about three separate times for delivery. and each time they give me the wrong order. I’m not sure there was a time i correctly received my order, whether it’s missing items, or the wrong persons order altogether. :( i’m not sure why it’s only this location but i would order somewhere else if you don’t want to be disappointed. Though im able to receive a partial refund most of the time, the process to resolve the problem is way harder than just ordering from somewhere else.
Plenty of parking space. Safe location. Family friendly restaurant. The order clerk last Tuesday 11/5 around 12pm or 1pm, she was the best! She helped me, a first timer, to learn about the menu. Friendly and kind, very patient and I want to thank her. The BBQ and regular wings were delicious and tasty and hot. The prices are worth the flavorful wings. And they stayed hot all the way to my table on a takeout order. Great service, food, all in 15 quick minutes.

Both the wings and the fries were totally saturated with grease. This was my 1st and worse junk food experience by far. Taking into account that when you pay $16 for 6 wings you expect to eat a good meal.

I went to have lunch on Sunday. When my order was ready the fries seem to be old I would say a couple of days.immediatelly I took them back and the manager helped me I told him that the fries seem old and he told the boys in the back to replace them. Not one minute went by and the gave to me seem the same ones. I ate the chicken which I order the Parmesan cheese and It looks old too.when I finished I took the fries back and gave them to the manager and said the thing that they were old. He said it was because the potatoes that they were getting. Then he showed me a new fried that was just cook and my answer was yes they look different. by that time I was done with them. Very unhappy. Food don't taste the same as before in this restaurant
