Came here with a coupon. The drive thru employee was incompetent and charged me full price without using my coupon.
Didn't offer to redo the transaction. Other fast food places could refund and redo the transaction, this place can't. Either that or the employee was petty and refused to do it for us.
Either way, a terrible thing to do to your customer.

They have been SKIMPING on the portions of the meat ever since the COVID started. They're copying Chipotle skimping on the meat and asking if we want veggies. If you say no for veggies, they reduce the meat portions. I don't know any other Yoshinoya that's like this. Atmosphere is never inviting and is cold. Some of the ladies have an attitude.
Update: Clam chowder tasted like it was straight from a can and then microwaved. It had never tasted canned before and only on this one day . Complained to customer service online, and all they said was sorry, so not sure why now that I revised my review, they're asking to re-contact them.
Still good, too small. We gotta let em know. This bowl is 5" and mostly rice for over $10... maybe half a piece of chicken. Drive thru service was fine.

I got off work feeling hungry and thought I would go to yoshinoya since my son recommended it to me. when I got my food I saw there were hairs in it I immediately threw it away and im never coming back here again place is disgusting
