I ordered two large bows one with chicken habanero, udon noodles, white rice and vegetables, the other bowl teriyaki with white rice l, udon noodles and vegetables, 2 speciality teas and 10 gyoza. Both bowls had no udon noodles, only one had vegetables, drinks and gyoza were good. How are we expected to pay these prices and not get our food correct. And it was an online order! Husband went to pick up food they are open till 11 pm drive thru closed around 10pm, so he had to go through drive thru. Not a great experience will not be going back.

When I arrived only minutes later at the restaurants location...I came to the window to explain that I was here to pick up an online order. Kiara was perfectly on point. Ready to be of service and represent. Her welcoming smile, her lovely personality and her attention to detail made this a very cool experience. She was refreshing. The way that makes you want to come back real soon. You can tell she cares about people. Even if this wasn't her job she'd give 100% in anything she interested in she totally gave off that vibe... Which is very cool Just because that's who she was and that's how strong she made a connection. Way to go Yoshinoya!!!! Y'all pick a superstar to be on the team!!!

I like the rice but I’m sad they got rid of the mochi. The cookies are kind of weird here and my friend said he didn’t like them too. It’s kind of mushy and has a weird taste and texture. I don’t recommend the cookies. My aunt works here so I didn’t have to go in the drive though. It

Got my order wrong even after they made me wait outside! I thought the combo was 2 protein of choice and I explained I did not want the beef and they said ok, eventually gave me what they wanted (beef)The male employee Isaiah kept brushing it off disregarding what I was saying and gave me beef. No sauce nothing. They just want you out and done. Not returning here.
Malikai is consistently the kindest person there! I just had to give him a shoutout.

Been to this Yoshinoya a couple times before, and I'm proud to say that I always leave satisfied! Today I had ordered a bowl, and a bunch of tempura shrimp, and it all came out in a reasonable time and was very fresh. I was also feeling a bit lonely, so one of the Crew Members working behind the counter actually sat and ate with me!
Amazing customer service from William, should defenitly give him a raise, and I will always be returning to this location!
