The jasmine milk tea I purchased taste water down. For $7 I was hoping it taste better but it’s not authentic boba tea. They use powder tea bags or something because I taste starchy. Downtown Covina needs to have better boba shops, not this white wash crap

My favorite beverages at Yoxi teatime ( which has a sister storefront in nearby Glendora) ☕️ are the Citrus Crush, Melrose, and Strawberry 🍓 Lemonade, with Boba added ( although there are a dozen available toppings)in this well- illuminated establishment on Citrus Avenue in Downtown Covina, easy walking distance from City Hall, Heritage Plaza, and the Covina Public Library, in the East San Gabriel Valley, County of Los Angeles. Every server has been convivial and willing to answer any questions. On the same side of the street, one can find Tres Vinos, Ola Restobar, Rad Coffee, Casa Moreno , a Mexican restaurant, and Georgie's Mediterranean. Around the corner on the opposite side is the spicy Indian bistro, Agni- A Fiery 🔥 Experience, and further down, Bread & Barley ( craft brews, burgers 🍔, and sandwiches) , an excellent independent used book 📖 store, and the Laugh Factory. You can't go wrong at Yoxi if you enjoy refreshing, thirst- quench drinks
