First time visiting over a year ago. What I do remember was that it was 3 am, and dozens of freshly made donuts, and other goodies filled the showcase shelves, and the woman manager was sweet, and helpful.

Their breakfast sandwich are nasty they cook the egg on a microwave and comes out like plastic. Don't buy anything that's supposed to be cooked on a grill, because they don't use one.

I went with my son and donuts were pretty good. He really enjoyed his frosted donut with sprinkles and I enjoyed my old fashioned double chocolate donut. The people were very kind at the desk and there are no public restrooms here. So if you needed to wash your hands with a small child I had to request a cup of water. They gave that to me as my son didn't want to use a squirt of hand sanitizer. Thank you. Yum yum donuts

First of when you walk in it's full of people, everyone is asking where the line is at nobody knows. Everyone getting frustrated people cutting in front of each other. The employees are no help either. They just ask who's next...
Very disorganized, they need to have something saying line starts here or have an employee in the lobby guiding on who's next. Waiting for a fight to happen some people really want their coffee and donuts lol! Again employees no help at all.
Moving on to the donuts, let's just say given these guys one too many chances. Their donuts are always freaking cold and stale,not sure how long they keep them behind the glass, I'm assuming quite a while because of how stale they are not fresh.
The coffee is really the only ok thing they have that's probably their highlight and that's why I'm giving them one star because the coffee is ok. The inside of the place tables are usually dirty not well maintained as well as the floor sticky from people spilling coffee.
As far as customer service, I only see females working here and they are all rude AF! No customer service skills, not people skills and some can't even work the register so very disappointed think this was my last time coming here.
Overall place is very disorganized, dirty, stale donuts and horrible customer service.
