The señoritas here are very nice, Happy Easter! Came in today for some breakfast and the service was quick and my food came out great. Got me a lil croissant sandwich, always hits with freshly squeezed OJ. Muchas gracias!

Family decides to walk to get donuts last night. Night lady needs a lot of customer service training. Super slow, doesn't greet customers, doesn't get the order right. We had to repeat ourself several times. We as customers had a lot of patience but last night, it was ridiculous. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to get donuts. Food was good but service was very bad.

So upset I came to this location to get my usual, which is a veggie sandwich on everything bagel with no cheese and a large iced coffee. The person that helped me she was nice but she ring me up then went to do my sandwich with the same gloves she touched the money with. She also did my sandwich wrong she for got to put cucumbers and onions. It's so upsetting because now I didn't eat to go to work. They need better training.

I am still finding myself, sometimes driving out to this location to enjoy a few donuts and hot coffee in the morning. Popular location for a group of older gentlemen in the morning talking, eating donuts, sipping coffee, and enjoying the company of friends.

We went to yum yum donuts early on a Sunday morning 7:30 a.m. we found the store to be dirty, unacceptable behavior with the teenagers that were working here. Talking in Spanish we did not understand and did not know how to make a decent sandwich croissant. Try hiring some adults

We had very freindly and well organized customer service at this location today on Citrus Ave. We ordered three breakfas bagel sandwiches, all were created well and tasty, and worker was helpful. Appreciated!

Pros: friendly people, good selection of donuts. Cons: EXPENSIVE (about $18/dozen) and most of the donuts were STALE at 8am! I think they save the less popular ones but even some (but not all) of the glazed were stale. I've been coming here for decades but for the price I expect better. ONE STAR because a place with donuts in the name should not be serving stale, expensive donuts!

This place just can't get it together. Donuts are expensive. Coffee is Luke warm. Air conditioning is only centered where the workers are; the area where customers sit was humid and hot. Staff always seems so bothered by your mere presence. TV is blaring. Stingy with napkins. Creamer is not available to customers. Just a big fat "NO!"

I actually come here for their Chicken and Asada tortas. I love those, but the donuts are great too. Specially glaze, which are my favorites. Most of the people that come here, park, pick up and go. Just a few would eat here, so there is usually a spot or free table. Attention is good and place is always clean.
